  • Awful Sound for Concerts

by Lynz on 1/30/24Gas South Arena - DuluthRating: 1 out of 5

The BBB portion was great! However, the concerts weren’t so good, sound was awful. If you didn’t know the songs, you couldn’t understand a word they were saying.

  • Excellent..

Excellent time…. Would definitely do it again……………..

  • Quite enjoyable

by Steven on 1/30/24Gas South Arena - DuluthRating: 4 out of 5

I speaker and music were too loud--especially for young children. The fluff of dancing female members of the audience shouls be deleted. Sometimes the back and forth talk between the speaker and Pork Chop were rather childish. Loved the bulls and barrels.

  • Awesome Event!

by Brandy on 1/30/24Gas South Arena - DuluthRating: 5 out of 5

BBB is such a fun event. We had a great time! We loved the rodeo and the concert that followed. Highly recommend this family friendly event

  • Not your grandpappy's rodeo!

by Jessi on 1/30/24Gas South Arena - DuluthRating: 5 out of 5

Went for the concert and was surprised by bull riding & barrel racing when I got there. Clearly I didn't read the full event description when I purchased the concert tickets. We bought the concert tickets for a girls weekend in Duluth, Georgia and the absolute BEST time. Bulls, Bands, & Barrels host an amazing event full of family friendly fun, laughs, and plenty of action! Porkchop is a create host inside the arena and keeps the crowd entertained in between events. I would definitely recommend attending any Bulls, Bands, and Barrrels event with the entire family. I know I will try to attend when they come anywhere near North Carolina.

  • Fun fun fun

It was awesome, loads of fun for all and so exciting.

  • Bulls, Bands, and Barrels

by Arrowhead on 9/21/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 2 out of 5

The rodeo was amazing! Best part of the entire show! Concerts, eh. From our seats in section 326, if we didn’t know the artists singing, we would have had no idea what they were saying. The speakers were set up for the audience directly in front of the stage and that was it. Everything was very mumbled and it honestly was like listening to music in a park as you’re driving by…

  • Awesome experience

  • Couldn't hear anything

by AM on 9/20/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 3 out of 5

I was very disappointed after this concert. The bull riding and barrel racing was awesome! Although, I bought tickets to the side of the stage and unfortunately, the speakers only faced forward. Everything sounded so muffled. I had no idea what the announcer was saying. When Riley Green came on it was so quiet and also muffled since the speakers only faced forward...even though they sold a ton of tickets for the "behind and side stage". Really disappointing since this was my 2nd time seeing Riley Green so I know he sounds great.

  • Insane Service Lines

by matt on 9/20/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 2 out of 5

The entertainment and action were outstanding...5 stars there. Zero stars for the way the event was run. Insanely long beer lines (I waited in line for half of the rodeo). The people running the cashless service were extremely slow. They ran out of drinks during the concert portion and for the entire entertainment portion there was no drinks. Terribly run venue

  • Absolutely Awesome

by Misty on 9/20/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 5 out of 5

We did the VIP experience and it was so worth it. Getting to sit on a bull, seeing all the bands and an awesome rodeo all in one day was fabulous. I really hope Bulls, bands and barrels comes back to Madison, WI again since this was their first year here!

  • Ehhhh

by Elissa on 9/20/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 3 out of 5

Very overpriced for what the show consisted of. Was really looking forward to Riley Green, but ended up leaving early because you could not even understand what he was saying.

  • Room for improvement

by Bronco on 9/19/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 3 out of 5

I was slightly disappointed with the rodeo. I was expecting something a little bigger...this was the same rodeo outfit that is at the local Stoughton Fair every summer. I did like the added bullfighter showcase. That said...bulls were ridden. My biggest disappointment was the lighting. We were in the very back row in Tier 3. All of our seats were well lit--the arena was not. The fire at the beginning of the show was cool...but it left a smokey haze making it even harder to see the bull riders and barely able to see the barrel racers as they mostly blended in with the dirt. Lastly--the bands. The sound was terrible from where we sat. We went down to the lower level to leave early because all we could really hear was the drums from our seats. The sound was better on the ground. When the artists spoke--nobody could understand what they were saying it was that bad. Sam Barber was great! Riley Green sang mostly cover songs--would have expected more original songs as he was the headliner. The website said doors opened at 5pm and show started at 6:15. Doors didn't open until about 5:30 and no concessions were ready. The venue seemed very ill prepared. So it was an okay evening...great idea...but definitely room for improvement for the price of tix...with TM charges...2 tix cost $150 for nosebleeds.

  • Great Entertainment

by Megan on 9/19/23Rating: 3 out of 5

The Bull riding, barrel racers, bull fighters and all other athletes and animal athletes were absolutely awesome!! All 3 musical acts were great, Riley Green always puts on a great show and this was such a fun show by him! Really poorly managed concessions, completely disappointing to have to wait in a line that wraps almost halway around the venue, wait times of almost 45 min for a beer or popcorn. I have truly never seen that sort of poorly executed concessions before, would hope for some sense of urgency or speed, or competency in register use/money handling with an event of this size on a Saturday night. I never want to pay overpriced event pricing for a beer, but Ive really never had to work so hard to get someone to take my $11 for a domestic beer before haha

  • Great experience

I really enjoyed ! Everything was amazing ! For sure I will go next time.

  • Great Show

by Mayhem on 9/19/23Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center - MadisonRating: 4 out of 5

Absolutely great all around event. Music was great the Bulls and barrels top notch. Only issue was concessions where way understaffed. And the merch ran out of standard sizes in just about everything.

  • Best rodeo I’ve been too

    by J. J. on 9/17/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Amazing, Riley green killed it, Sam Barber killed it

  • Something for Every Family Member

by JonJon on 8/29/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The teens came for the band, but the whole family enjoyed the entertainment prior to the band. The bull riding and barrel run were exciting for all.

  • My first rodeo

by Tiffany on 8/29/23Rating: 5 out of 5

I really enjoyed it!!! It was exciting I was like a little kid lol This was my first rodeo and I don’t understand why I waited so long to go see one

  • Great Event

by Jag on 8/29/23Rating: 4 out of 5

Was very disappointed in how much alcohol was consumed especially by young kids. There were a lot of kids drinking alcohol that was definitely not 21. I was glad to get out of Alexandria before a lot of them got out of the building. Bull riding and barrels was a great event.
