BROCKHAMPTON
The hardest working boyband of 2018, BROCKHAMPTON, today announced two highly anticipated, headline shows while in Australia for Listen Out Festival. The LA-based creative rap collective will play Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on September 25.
Founded by Kevin Abstract, Brockhampton consists of thirteen artists, all filling different roles to create a self-sufficient creative enterprise. Made of rappers, directors, photographers, engineers, producers, graphic designers, and DJs, the group is able to execute a fully unified and realized artistic vision.
Brockhampton spent 2017 writing, recording, producing, mixing, mastering, and independently releasing the ‘Saturation’ trilogy (three albums which saw more than 13 self-directed music videos released such as “Gold,” “Star” and “Sweet”), playing sold-out shows across North America and establishing themselves as the “best boyband since One Direction” (as group founder Kevin Abstract raps in latest single “Boogie”).
In March 2018, Brockhampton announced their signing to RCA Records through which their first major label debut album is expected later this year.

i waited in like for 2 hours and was in the third row. i was in the pit for the 2 openers until i was reunited with my sister and we went to the back near the tech booth. we met two of the band members, jabari and kiko. we also met laura les ( 100 gecs). even though i was in the back for the concert i had a great time and it was truest my favorite show i’ve ever been to.
The set was beautiful, the mirrors in the shape of a cross? Amazing. The song choices? Hit every one I wanted to hear. Taking not one but like 10 people up on stage? Spectacular. The openers were great too, I have never heard either before, but 100 gecs were quirky, but unique and i liked that they sounded like old scene music i used to like! Slowthai also impressed me, and i felt ready for brockhamptons performance after. Venue was nice. Small, but not upsettingly. Merch was great too. Crowd in Minnesota was kinda lame at times though, but thats not the bands/venues fault at all. Overall, enjoyed it. Do be prepared to see many younger audience members at brockhamptons all ages events though, even though I'm 21, which isnt that old, I didn't feel like I really belonged there with these 15-16 year olds. So if you're an 'older' fan such as myself, brace yourself for feeling out of your element. Overall though, best show I've been to so far, taking the spot of my previous best show, of pierce the veils 2016 tour, so props to BROCKHAMPTON, SLOWTHAI, 100 gecs, and all their teams who made this happen, really wonderful, if you're thinking about going, DO IT!
Everything about this show was great! Brockhampton put on a great show! It was my second time seeing them here in minneapolis and I cant wait to see them next time around!
Show was amazing. Great venue and even better performance!
it was really cold but like it was worth it. I would most definitely wait in the cold for them again
Brockhampton put on a brilliant performance. They are ultra-talented and really "human". The up-close and personal gesture of bringing their fans on stage to perform with them and the meet and greet after the show was a really great addition.
I love brockhampton so much ! The show was awesome the openers were great as well. The set list was perfect. The crowd was pretty wild if you were on the floor so definitely brace yourself for that but overall It was a great time. Cant wait to see them again
yo this concert was the best concert i’ve ever been to. i’ve been to so many pit shows this year and this tops them all. they are super interactive with fans. i met everyone except for joba. kevin is super nice as are all of them. i love these dudes and the concert was like three days ago and my voice is still gone lol. went a lil too hard maybe ahaha. 100000/10 recommend this concert. LIFE CHANGING i’m not exaggerating when i say this this concert is a MUST.
Only thing Is, they should’ve played some more saturation songs. I’m so sick of the new album.
amazing show. if you arent sure about buying tickets, buy them!!!!! although i did get into a lil accident, it was worth it! at least i didnt leave my shoes in a parking lot again.
So much energy, and the crowd was so passionate for every act. Would totally go again if Brockhampton ever came back to Philly.
I saw bh last June at govball and I had so much fun although the crowd was a little much, but this time I enjoyed both opening acts, the security was helpful, and I had tons of fun. They’re great performers and anyone would enjoy their concerts. Although, during one of their most energetic songs, I was pushed to the ground but people in the crowd helped me up. The people around you in the crowd will help you and the community is so sweet
The concert was amazing tho the venue wasn’t set up the best way i kept falling down the steps from pit 2 into 1 and the security would get mad at me but when everyone behind you is pushing you forward it just happens
The line took an hour to get through. Other than that, concert was amazing
the Anthem is one of the best venues in the nation. Brockhampton was worth the long drive and will definitely do it whenever they come back. The bois brought the heat and delivered a great performance
They were shockingly low energy compared to their show last year. Just seemed like they didn’t care.
opener 1- 100 gecs -a great performance from dylan and laura -not all of the crowd seemed to be into it, some pockets where people were jumping or singing along but that seemed to be it -AMAZING energy from laura, she really stood out opener 2- slowthai -he killed it! he has an amazing energy and the crowd went crazy -slowthai had to stop to help get people out of the pit because it was insane in the front -the crowd was a lot more responsive to slowthai, lots more energy BROCKHAMPTON -an amazing intro from st. percy -the stage design is absolute phenomenal and their best yet, the lights were so cool -everyone seemed extremely coherent, great chemistry -overall, dom mclennon, kevin abstract, and matt champion stood out to me as having the strongest performances -AMAZING energy from the crowd -the pit got kinda crazy from what i saw, i got stuff seated in the balcony but we were still up and jumping and dancing -the jouvert performance was INSANE and boogie made the crowd go absolutely wild -cried during jobas verse in big boy, beautiful delivery -an amazing experience overall, i wish i could go to see this tour again and i will be seeing them on their next tour ! :)
Once we were inside the venue the night went PERFECTLY! The performance was incredible and I had the time of my life... However, getting in the venue was TERRIBLE! My friend and I had early access passes which meant we were supposed to be let in 45 minutes before general doors open. General opened at 7:00 so we should’ve been let in at 6:15 right? Well according to the Agganis Arena staff, that means we get let in at 6:45 after standing outside in the freezing rain getting our umbrellas whipped from our hands by the wind. It also was not made clear that this line was for early access only so I saw about a dozen people have to move to the back of the line because the distinct lines weren’t made clear. The whole experience of entering the arena was frustrating and disorganized.
The show was freaking amazing I loved it they were great I would go see them again
