About

50 Years of Dark Side

Brit Floyd returns to the stage in 2023 to perform a brand-new production celebrating 50 years of the ground-breaking and iconic musical masterpiece The Dark Side of the Moon. The show will feature classic tracks from the album such as Time, Money, Us and Them and The Great Gig in the Sky.

The 2 and a half hours plus set list will also include other highlights from Pink Floyd's magnificent catalogue of albums, including tracks from The Wall, Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Division Bell, Medal and much more.

Taking to the stage to perform note for note renditions of all these classic Pink Floyd tracks will be the band of musicians that audiences have become familiar with worldwide over the years, featuring long time guitarist/vocalist and musical director Damian Darlington, who has played over 2500 Pink Floyd music related concerts throughout his career.

The band will also feature Ian Cattell, Edo Scordo, Eva Avila and all the other expert musicians that have joined the ranks of Brit Floyd over the course of the last decade.

Having performed over 1,000 shows since its launch in Liverpool, England in January 2011, Brit Floyd have circled the world, sold out tours across Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East, and performed concerts at some of the world's greatest venues, including London's prestigious Royal Albert Hall; the awe inspiring Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado; the historic Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, and 'The Showplace of the Nation', NYC's Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan.

The Brit Floyd show has become a phenomenon, widely regarded as the world's greatest rock tribute show. Faithfully recreating the scale and pomp of the final 1994 Pink Floyd tour, complete with a stunning light show, iconic circular screen, lasers, inflatables and theatrics.

A must see for Pink Floyd fans!

This was the second time seeing Brit Floyd and they continue being amazing! This is hands down the best Pink Floyd band on the planet. If you are a fan of Floyd do yourself a favor and see Brit Floyd. You will be amazed how good the band sounds and how awesome the vocals are. Even the light show is amazing! Love this band and I know we will be back next year to see them again. It's no wonder they sell out everywhere they play.

OUTSTANDING, A must see for pink Floyd fans everywhere, The music is tight and spot on and the light show is 2nd to none. What more can I say........ See them!!! The only thing that could have made it better is if Dave Gilmore had walked out for one song.........

I'm more than a little hesitant when it comes to tribute bands but these guys were amazing. I could only thank them for bringing Pink Floyd back to me. I last saw them in 76 and I could not have enjoyed Brit Floyd more than I did. If you are a Pink Floyd fan, buy some tickets and enjoy.

If you have never had the chance to see the real Pink Floyd you should not miss this show. The sound, the light show, the attention to detail is second to none.

    Brit Floyd was amazing

    by AJC83 on 3/17/16Adler Theatre - Davenport

Being born in the early 1980's I never got to experience Pink Floyd in their prime. Having listened to their albums/cd's growing up I have become quite a fan of their music. Brit Floyd NAILED Pink Floyd's songs. I went with my dad who is in his early 60's who can speak of what Pink Floyd was like. He felt like he was transported back into the mid 1970s. Unbelievable show, I highly recommend any fan of Pink Floyd to go see Brit Floyd. I know I will again!

Brit Floyd absolutely put on a stellar performance! Every detail was included, the vocals were great especially The Great Gig! Light show: impressive does not even come close to describing it. In short they nailed it spot on! I'd go see them again!

    Good, but not great.

by TRood on 3/15/16Peabody Opera House - St. Louis

I thought I was smart when I selected my seat on an aisle for this show, since it's no fun looking at the back of someone's head instead of the stage. Sadly, for virtually the whole performance, audience members strolled up and down the aisle constantly, which made for a frustrating viewing event. Brit Floyd itself was good, as was the light show, but I'd mark them down one notch for vocals. No inflatable pig/schoolteacher/helicopter as Aussie Floyd used. I saw Aussie last summer, and cost was 1/2 as much, performance better than Brit, at least in my eyes. So, if you do go, don't sit on the aisle, and don't set your heart on a flying pig.

    Great light show

by Buggy3960 on 3/15/16Peabody Opera House - St. Louis

These guys were pretty good but of course not Pink Floyd. I mostly know the hits so there were a few songs that I did not know but were good and obviously others at the venue knew. The light show was great. Would I go see them again? No, once is enough.

    Spoiled

by voyagerb12 on 3/15/16Peabody Opera House - St. Louis

I went to the 3/11 Brit Floyd show at the Peabody in STL. The first thing I noticed was the circular video screen at the back of the stage was blocked by the overhead light bar. I couldn't clearly see the videos that were displayed throughout the show because of this light bar. All the musicians are very talented. The background singers voices helped with the chorus. They sounded great! But......I'm spoiled. Here in STL, a local group of musicians called El Monstero get together every Christmas and play muliple Pink Floyd shows at The Pageant. They have been doing this for 16 years. There shows are unforgettable. They have numerous side shows going on during the music, a women on the silks, pole dancers, a women on chains, a teacher during one song, a person throwing out pink dollars during money. Even with all this going on, the musicians of El Monstero are better than Brit Floyd. Seriously better. They recreate the music better, Brit Floyd musicians wandered off musically before and during the songs. I get it they are good musicians, but when I see a Pink Floyd tribute show, I expect to close my eyes and imagine "this is Pink Floyd". El Monstero does that, Brit Floyd doesn't. Save your money, buy a ticket to STL and catch a El Monstero Pink Floyd show this Christmas.

by KeithfromSTL on 3/15/16Peabody Opera House - St. Louis

One heck of a show. The show was scheduled to start at 8PM and they were right on cue , which with most shows is highly unlikely to start on time. The music was fantastic and the sound was almost like the original band. The show was very powerful and enjoyable. I didn't leave there with my ears ringing or a head thumping feeling. The sound level was about as good as you could get. I would and will strongly recommend this show to all. A truly enjoyable evening and this is a show i will never miss again. Highly recommend to anyone that likes Pink Floyd music.
