About

British metalcore outfit Bring Me the Horizon had its biggest US chart success to date in 2013 with the album Sempiternal, which reached  No. 11 on the Billboard 200. The quintet -- guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Mat Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls and keyboardist Jordan Fish -- followed up the album with concerts around the world, including a stint on the Vans Warped Tour and a co-headlining jaunt though the US with Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive, giving fans plenty of chances to pick up tickets to see the rising group. Sempiternal -- produced by Terry Date (Linkin Park, Deftones) -- marked a further evolution of Bring Me the Horizon, which began as a deathcore band but now has a more nuanced, varied, and melodic sound. On stage, the group has a reputation for delivering energetic performances, and has developed into a very tight unit by playing hundreds of concerts over the last decade.

  • ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL

by Jay on 10/22/22Wintrust Arena - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

All the bands that opened were really good. Knocked Loose was a great opening band as they really got the crowds energy up. Being Me The Horizon was absolutely great. I have been to a lot of concerts and this concert was to tier. Also, good on you Ollie for stopping the show when one of the people on the ground got hurt and making sure the paramedics could get to get to her and making the crowd get out of the way for the injured woman to recueve medical attention.

  • Absolutely loved Bring Me the Horizon!

  • Overall good

by H-dawgy on 10/22/22The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

Band was great, love them but crowd was awful I couldn’t breathe and ppl weren’t letting me get out of the pit therefore resulting in having a panic attack. Thankfully I was okay but that was a somewhat traumatic experience.

  • Bring Me The Horizon and Grandson were phenomenal as always.

My only quip is with the how the event was handled as far as lines go. Me and my friend arrived like 4 hours early (with fast pass tickets) so we could get good spots in line. We ended up getting awesome spots next to the barricade but while we were standing outside we were told by different employees to stand in different spots. We were standing next to gen. Admission and got told to move by fast pass, however we then got told not to stand by fast pass because they haven’t called us yet. We then stood in fast pass for about 45 minutes before actually getting our pit wrist bands. We ended up being one of the first people in the venue so I’m really not complaining at all, it just seemed a little hostile with the way we were told to be in different places, and some of the staff members even argued with us about it (some admitting to not knowing what was going on). All in all it was a phenomenal show and so so so worth it in the end. I credit most of it to me being so prepared, but I won’t knock off a star for the way it was coordinated.

  • BMTH pit experience

by RazeGoBoom on 10/21/22The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

I had a wonderful time with BMTH. However I feel the show could have been bigger or outside for a great performing band like BMTH. Overall the place was pretty alright. I got lost looking for the pit bands since it wasn’t labeled, regardless I kept getting told different areas as well. In conclusion I would say that I had a fun experience in a clean and safe environment with me being the only danger with elbows lol. Also more merch.

  • BMTH KEELS EEET

by Sarahcha on 10/21/22The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

BMTH gave us a a taste of some old school as well as their fire new stuff. Security kept us safe and Oli’s vocals were a work of art.

  • Always a great show

by E. A. on 10/21/22The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

The band was great with phenomenal opening acts. Although busy and kind of cluttered getting into the venue it went smoothly. And I had the time of my life. Jordan, the keyboard player, even came out to meet fans by the buses to autograph merch and take pictures with us and that was super awesome. It was one of the best shows I’ve been to in a while and I am an avid concert goer. So it says a lot. I always enjoy seeing BMTH and was excited to see them back on the road.
