  • Some Technical Difficulties

by Leah B on 7/20/22House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 3 out of 5

I LOVE Bricks in the Wall. However, this show had some major technical difficulties. There was a recurring low feedback hum that was so loud that it was actually painful, and the sound guy was not very quick to resolve the issue. More than once I had to actually plug my ears until they got the sound problems fixed. And, it seemed that the band was having problems hearing each other on stage because they were out of sync with each other and had some rough starts to more than one song. I've seen this band many times, and this was not their best performance. I'm sure I will see them again because I know how good they can be.

  • They used to be better

by Floyd fan on 7/19/22House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 2 out of 5

I’ve seen these guys 4 times. The most recent was 7/22, but before that it was several years. They used to be great. As a big Floyd fan I know their stuff pretty well, and Bricks could represent decently as a cover for a hard-to-cover band. But now, they’re awful. I had to walk out I couldn’t take it. They were butchering the music. The lead guitar was so off timing, the drummer was too alternative and the sound was wrong, and the new bass guy is way too flashy and kept missing his cues. The original dudes are still good though. In all it was just noise. Also, HOB totally screwed up the mix. They should do so much better.

  • Bricks in the Wall are Great

by Rockfan on 7/19/22House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I have now seen this group at House of Blues twice and they have delivered a great show both times. They are all very talented and the women that sing the arias are just tremendous. Will go again when they perform in this area.

  • Are you kidding me!? They never disappoint!

by Roark on 7/19/22House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I see them almost every time they come. The House Of Blues gives them more room to put on a good show. I will continue to give them my support! Rock on!

  • Was cool...actually sneaked in VIP...was even more fun.

Was nice even sneak into VIP, think will purchase next time

  • Very good band. Played more than 2.5 hours non stop.

by Sketti on 10/11/19House of Blues Houston presented by Cricket Wireless - HoustonRating: 4 out of 5

Good variety of albums were covered. Saxophone, back up singers and lead guitar were the highlights. I think Australian Pink Floyd is a little better but Bricks in the Wall is worth seeing live for sure.

  • By the way which one is Pink

  • Not their best show

by sfagrad83 on 7/9/19House of Blues Dallas presented by Cricket Wireless - DallasRating: 2 out of 5

My son and I have seen Bricks In The Wall at least a dozen times and this was, by far, not their best show. Their sound had changed from the last time we saw them in January 2019. Far too much echo and the lead guitarist, who is usually the best musician on the stage, was way off his game. Their opening song was like two different songs being played at the same time. The rest of the show just had a different sound than any show I had ever seen them play. I will go see them again because I love Pink Floyd, but I hope the next time is better or it may be the last time.

Bricks in the Wall never ceases to amaze me. The lasers, the video disc, their music is all top notch. This was my 4th time to see them and it keeps getting better each time.

  • Bricks in the Wall nailed it!

by Rivlives on 3/20/18Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen them 5 times and have never been let down. Laser light show is fun, but add a live band like "bricks" and enjoy the magic.

  • Fantastic show!

by Liva1 on 9/12/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

From start to finish Bricks in the Wall entertains!! This band is comprised of talented musicians and vocalists who NAIL the Pink Floyd experience, from the music, to the laser light show to the video. And during the playing of Animals (40th anniversary tribute), the giant inflated pig made a reappearance! The size of the audience lets you know how great this band is. How many cover bands can fill a venue like House of Blues? We've been fans for years, and the audience gets larger with each performance. That says everything. You have a lot of fans, Bricks! Keep on rockin!

  • Not Great

by GermanJEM on 2/25/17Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 3 out of 5

I was disappointed in the way they sounded. The laser show was good, and the background images were just like the ones Pink Floyd used in their concert many years ago, but the sound was just not right. I didn't care for the duet style of the song Mother and thought the female vocalist singing her part sounded more like a Disney princess than a rock singer. Totally ruined the song for me. I prefer Brit Floyd as a cover band.

  • Incredible show!

by Liva1 on 2/15/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Bricks in the Wall did not disappoint! Fantastic music, video, and laser lights made the whole experience unforgettable. There was a huge crowd there, everyone going crazy over the music. What a fun evening!

  • If you love Pink Floyd, you will enjoy this band

by ChrisLinke on 2/13/17House of Blues Houston - HoustonRating: 4 out of 5

I have actually seen Pink Floyd, as well as Roger Waters and David Gilmour on their solo tours. I love Pink Floyd, always have and always will. I have even seen Aussie Floyd and Brit Floyd, so it was a no brainer to give "Bricks in the Wall" a look. I thoroughly enjoyed the concert. They had an impressive laser show and some scenes on their backdrop that were either directly from Pink Floyd shows or very reminiscent of them. The back up girl singers performed extremely well, including "Great Gig in the Sky" which requires tremendous skill to sing. The band played a great selection of Floyd classics, including some from the Syd Barret era. My only regret was that they never sang "Money". But the songs that they did sing were very well performed. One thing that I REALLY loved is that they didn't just try to mimic the songs from the Album. They put a little of themselves into the performance as well, and it showed. The band member who provided a lot of the singing stood on stage, lit a cigar and sang "Have a Cigar". He had some attitude in his rendition that I think played very well into the song.

  • Bricks in the Wall... a rock steady performance!

Awesome group. Great show. They give me my PF fix!

  • Bricks in the Wall is my favorite cover band

by DoubleDribbleHHH on 1/31/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This is the 5th or 6th time I've seen Bricks in the Wall. While I was not a big Pink Floyd fan when they were together, I did recognize and like most of the songs played. I have never seen more people at their show.

  • The best Pink Floyd Tribute Band

by mmfp on 1/30/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen the 2 major touring tributes; and though not as polished, this Dallas-based band blows them away. I consider Animals a vastly underrated album and you can tell Bricks in the Wall does too. Pigs was spot on this time and last year they actually performed the album in its entirety. I was 7 years old so obviously didn't see them when the Floyd brought the "In the Flesh" tour to Tarrant County Convention Center, but I would wager that 1977 was the last time that happened.

  • Freakin AWESOME!!!!!

by JustAnotherBrick21 on 1/30/17House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time to see Bricks In The Wall. I was absolutely blown away. The band was spot on with the sound and feel of Pink Floyd. They played 2 and 1/2 hours which was more than I would ever expect from a tribute band. I would highly recommend and would absolutely go see them again.
