Brett Goldstein--a breakthrough British creative force on and offscreen -- has emerged as one of Hollywood's most sought-after multihyphenates. He is the co-executive producer, writer, and star of the Peabody-winning Apple TV+ series, "Ted Lasso." Hailed by fans and critics alike, season three made waves after surpassing its previous record-breaking haul, once again leading as this year's most-nominated comedy series with 21 Emmy nominations. His scene-stealing performance as the brash yet lovable Roy Kent has earned him numerous accolades including two Primetime Emmy Awards for 'Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy,' making him the category's first back-to-back winner in almost 15 years. He additionally received a 2022 WGA Award nomination as part of the show's writing team, having scored two wins the year prior. Goldstein is the creator and executive producer of the cathartic comedy "Shrinking" alongside Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence, which has been renewed for a second season by Apple TV+. This follows the success of his critically acclaimed AMC limited anthology series, "Soulmates," which he created and executive produced with Will Bridges. He is the host of the iHeartRadio award-winning podcast, Films To Be Buried With, which finds him in candid conversation with special guests as they discuss the films that have shaped them.

Full disclosure: I don't generally enjoy stand-up or watch stand-up specials on streaming services. That said, I really enjoyed Brett's stand-up. He freely admitted he was testing out some material on us, and so when a couple of his jokes didn't quite land, he took it in stride and made some notes. It was a nice bit of 'behind the scenes of a stand-up comedian' that I've not seen before. He was also affable and interacted with the audience in a way that made it feel like it was less someone throwing jokes at us and more that we were all just there to have a fun time together. I would definitely recommend his show(s), and would absolutely see him again if (when!) he comes back to Seattle.
Brett was the best kind of comic. Made fun of himself and gently of others. Enjoyed his routine as I did of his opener, who is a friend of Brett. Would love to see more of him, perhaps an hour televised special!
Brett was amazing! Loved the jokes. Loved the swears. And his opener was hilarious as well. 5/5 would come back.
Great experience for my wife's 40th birthday. Brett is unique and really articulates the quirks we all grown up with and can't shake as adults.
One of the funnier stand ups I’ve seen in quite some time. Funny from start to finish!
Loved him in Ted Lasso but might’ve enjoyed his stand up even more. 10/10 for Brett.
Brett Goldstein is AMAZING!!! Easy getting into venue and best show we have seen in years!!
Great experience all around! 1st time at this venue and was impressed. The line to get in snaked around the block so it was daunting, but it moved very quickly. Security, bar, and ticket staff were all friendly and did their jobs efficiently. I sat on the main floor and even in the back row I could see the stage very well. Brett was a riot and would totally see him again if he returns to Seattle!
He had a great opener and Brett himself was hilarious! Would go again and again!
Brett was hilarious. He had raunchy jokes, very relatable jokes, and very non relatable jokes that were equally as funny. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire show. Hope to see him another time.
Brett Was so freaking hilarious! He had the whole crowd laughing so hard. I love this guy so much. Definitely recommend!!
A very funny, clever and engaging comedy show from start to finish. The opening act was strong and set the stage for a great night of comedy. You can tell Brett is a writer. His act was an amazing balance of storytelling, charm and relatable humor. Felt fortunate to be apart of the experience and left feeling happy and optimistic that sometimes the people you enjoy so much on screen and the characters they portray are kind and lovely humans.
