  • Not Comedy

by BobWithOneOagain on 1/15/17Hard Rock Cafe Tampa at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa - TampaRating: 1 out of 5

Brad Garrett made me feel that I had paid for something I did not receive. You usually expect a performer to prepare, have a plan! I felt he realized quickly that he had little to work with and went immediately to racial and ethnic slurs and insults, attacking members of his audience. I may be wrong, but this is not comedy.

  • Only one out of three comedians was funny

by sfgirl6 on 11/18/16Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 3 out of 5

It's strange that in a place full of comedy clubs it is so hard to find an entertaining one. I had assumed that with such a big name you couldn't go wrong but it was only 33% funny. Brad Garrett didn't disappoint but the other two comedians fell a bit short in the laughs department. It was odd they all made similar jokes on one or two topics (Subway, marijuana) - do they collaborate? If so, they should try to be a bit more original. I was hoping that the topic of the presidential election and Donald Trump would be much more exploited, it's an amazing fodder for countless jokes, but I gather they were afraid of offending Trump voters. Oh well. I guess I'll have to stick to comedy clubs in progressive cities. Drinks were pricey and not living up to the expectations but the service was actually okay despite a full room.

  • Brad Garrett is really entertaining!

I would highly recommend this show. Brad Garrett has improv skills that are up there with the best of them. It's a small intimate club in a great location on the strip.

  • Brad Garrett's Comedy Club Sat. March 26, 2016

by Montichava on 3/30/16Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

We were upfront and center and felt very personal with Brad Garrett. That was the most hilarious and brilliant standup comedy show we have experienced so far. That was our third show that we saw at Brad Garrett's Comedy Club ( we've only booked when Brad Garrett is performing ) he does book fantastic comedians for his club also. Ralph Harris was the Headliner. He had everyone rolling! At the and of the show, after being capped on by Brad Garrett, ( which was the highlight of my evening) he gave the front row audience an autographed baseball cap which I will treasure forever. Thank you Brad Garrett for being the awesome comedian that you are. And YES, I MAKE THE GOOD SOUP! We have seen you 4 times and you always have me leaving your performance so happy!

  • Racist and Mysogynistic

by bitblaster on 10/29/15Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 2 out of 5

Brad Garrett was offensive. I was not amused. Frequent attacks on minorities remind me of the prevailing underlying racial and ethnic slurs of the '50s. It is not the kind of comedy I would expect in 2015.

  • must see show!!

by Lopezboaters on 7/13/15Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

If you are ever in Vegas you need to go to Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at the MGM. If you are lucky and he is actually there when you are then definately go! But I have been a few times when he wasn't there and he always has amazing funny comics performing. It's a small theatre so you really feel part of the comedy. I highly recommend it, who doesn't want to laugh??

  • Brad Garrettt is offensive...I loved it!

by Terroo on 6/15/15Hard Rock Cafe Tampa at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

Brad Garrett was hilarious and unforgettable. A bit crude, but I like that. I would definitely see him again. The venue was small so there was not a bad seat anywhere.

  • Absolutely Outstanding Performance

by JM67 on 6/15/15Hard Rock Cafe Tampa at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

Surprised my wife with tickets to Brad's show. It takes a lot to make me laugh but Brad had us laughing hard. He would pick persons out of the crowd or the wait staff and make jokes towards them. Brad was the funniest comedian we've ever seen. Can't wait to see him again!

Everyone was funny and Brad was the best. Great show with some fresh material. His interaction with the audience is the best part! Don't miss it if Brad is in town while in Vegas!

  • Brad Garrett was funnier then ever!!

by pta4hire1 on 9/16/14The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - MashantucketRating: 4 out of 5

Ive never seen Brad Garrett live as a stand up comedian before. Im used to seeing him on Everybody Loves Raymond. He is very raw Live, reminds me of Lisa Lampanelli. He was making jokes about people in the audience and picking on ethnic races including himself. he has this adlib style that just keeps you rolling. he even took a few questions from the audience. Ive been waiting to see him come up to this neck of the woods and Ihope he comes back again.

  • Refreshingly Offensive

by Kev33 on 9/15/14The Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino - MashantucketRating: 4 out of 5

If you have low self esteem, are not prompt in arriving for scheduled events, or are politically correct or easily offended, this is not the show for you. Otherwise, you will greatly enjoy Brad Garrett's modern day "Don Rickles' type" of insult show where no ones age, personal appearance, race, religion, ethnicity or sexual preference is off limits from his tirades. This is not Robert from 'Everyone Loves Raymond' up there on stage. This is the quick and talented stand up comic of more than 30 years roaming the stage from side to side with the house lights on searching for new targets to harass much to the crowd's delight. If you are easily offended, stay home. If you are not easily offended but don't like being insulted, don't purchase tickets in the first ten rows or so or show up late. You will be a target if you are in his line of vision or tardy (or leave to use the restroom during his set). His opener Mike Summerville was great as well. We had a great time.

  • Great night

Laughed from start to finish. Brad was hosting that night and was great.

  • Good laugh!

by Elham23 on 6/9/14Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

We were lucky to have Brad himself introduce the acts. The acts varied in quality, but it was a good night of fun and laughter overall!

  • Brad Garrett Stunk!

by Unkelbud on 4/23/14Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 1 out of 5

Owning the club doesn't make you funny! Throwing out a constant barrage of "F" bombs instead of having a prepared monologue doesn't make you funny! I guess Brad has to read a script to be funny! He flat out SUCKED! He should have paid us to listen instead of us buying his tickets. And by the way, the drinks were lousy!

  • Not what expected

by GPG1 on 4/22/14Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 2 out of 5

The show was not as expected. Overuse of the "F" word which degrades the performers.

  • He is no Don Rickles

    by L1wolf on 3/22/14Comedy - Newport NewsRating: 2 out of 5

Brad Garrett is trying to find himself. That's the feeling of his standup routine after a highly successful series and a series Bomb. Many "hate comics" find their niche by temporing humor with expression, however, Garrett crosses the line too many times which becomes embarassing and uncomfortable. From the reviews people either love him or hate his act. It was an hour of listening to his personal problems and coping with his inadequacies, failed marriage, and falling career. Using stereotypes in humor is always a balancing act and most people are prepared to laugh "with" a comic but don't appreciate it to be laughed "at" or insulted personally. Much of Garrett's routine is insulting to individuals and therefore "personal" . He has no prepared delivery or jokes, so his forte is extemporaneous from the audience present. That takes talent. Bill Cosby is one of the best at it. With Garrett it is all about him, him, him, and when he is not self absorbed with his life, he directs caustic humor towards audience members. Many sitting around me were uncomfortable as he lashed out at, women, southerners, indians, ethnic groups of all types, varying careers, an equal opportunity insulter for sure. The laughs are forced simply because it is uncomfortable rather than funny. He is far too graphic in his sexual/personal anatomy jokes. Not good for yournger audiences or if your wife/girlfriend/mother embarasses easily. Don't sit in the front three rows.

He was very funny. Don't sit in front row. He will hammer you the whole show. :)

  • Brad Garrett comedy show

by babshonolulu on 1/5/14Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

We were there a few nights before New Year's eve. Full house and seemed like any seat would be good to watch show. Brad came out and his routine was mostly interaction with crowd. I thought he was really funny-quick wit when dealing with the crowd. The other 3 comedians each had a routine and I have to say they were all hilarious! Each one was different in what they talked about but all made me almost laugh till I cried! I think everyone had a good time. I got my money's worth. Would definatly recommend to friends visiting Vegas.

  • Very Funny and Very Off the Hip

by gpsnow33 on 11/17/13Brad Garrett Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Beware of the front row if Brad Garret is in the building. He was so funny and most of the night it came straight from the front row. We loved it! Mike Pace & Kermit Apio were great too! We would defiantly recommend going to the comedy club and will be back next time we're in town.
