Dave Landau and Brad Garrett killed, that was standup for me. It's like the younger comics I see are so PC and are afraid to push the envelope, they took it there and I love it.
I gave a 4star to the venue but the show was a 1star at best! Tired impersonations(with the exception of Herman Munster) lame jokes and the constant berating of an (allegedly) old man in the front row-we never saw who he was interacting with as the camera never panned over. Buyer beware there are reasons his show goes to GROUPON!!!
Rocksino is a great venue. Brad Garrett wasn’t so great. Liked him on tv but did not care for his standup act. Personally don’t care for the vulgar content. Language doesn’t bother me but content wasn’t very funny like I had hoped. I would not return to see him again.
Saw him 25 years ago in Cleveland. He was HYSTERICAL! This time around...not so much. Spent over 100.00 to see who I felt was a great comic, come in second place to his opening act.
I am so glad that I enjoyed the opening act because I didn't enjoy Brad Garret at all. It was almost as if he didn't want to be there and didn't really have an act. I wouldn't recommend his show to anyone. Now, the opening act was hilarious and I would pay to see him again.
Brad constantly used the audience for his put down jokes and did not have much of his own material. He told an 84 year old gentleman he hopes he makes it till Christmas. Not funny! Opening act crude and rude.
Brad Garrett was Hilarious! His story telling, tho not PC on most accounts, had us roaring with laughter. We needed a good laugh, and got many more than we paid for. Highly recommended. We'll see him again.

Opening comedian was terrible: filthy, offensive and not at all funny. Don't remember his name and don't want to However....Brad Garrett was one of the best comedians we've seen, and we've seen all the greats as well as up and coming. He was hilarious, witty, and totally entertaining. Way beyond expectations! Don't miss his show!
Brad was simply hilarious. My wife and I laughed throughout the show.
Having been a fan for a long time I was excited to see Brad go on his own standup show. The show was hilarious. Non stop laughing. He's a lil racey so if you don't like that kind of thing or prefer vanilla comedy I would not recommend him.
The show was not that great it had a couple of moments were there was some humor but for the most part it was a waste of time and money. For the people in the first couple of rows it was brutal as he picked on them the whole show. Don Rickles wannabe and he is not good at it.
Show started with Dave Landow who was incredibly funny then rolled in with Brad. Brad had the audience involved and both guys had us laughing throughout.
I am a big Brad Garrett fun. I have always enjoyed his comedy. I believe the venue may have been a bit to big for him. The fan that did turn out, were not disappointed.
This show is not for those who take PC seriously. He starts out fast and stay's that way. If you do not want to be put on the spot don't sit up front. He is a fast thinker and adjust's to the audiences come back's fast. Never a dull moment and he stay'son stage a unusually long time .Funny from beginning too the end.. I would go see him again.
He was funny as hell. An outstanding time if you like stand up. The only negative draw back is don’t sit in the first 2 rows. We were lucky. We were 6 rows back. Why don’t sit in the first 2 rows? Because you’re the act. He has some material but most of it is the people in the first 2 rows. If you are looking for Robert from everybody loves Raymond he is not that guy.
Rita Rudner gave a well thought out, funny, great performance. Garrett was offensive in a way worse than Don Rickles used to be. When the audience winced at his comments on a woman’s private parts being designed for a credit card swipe and his comment to a German Man about killing his grandmother, he had to remind us it was a joke. Enjoy that humor before you pay to see him.
Real funny, Took my son to his first comedy show, and we could't stop laughing. He covered all topics and even taboo topics. If you get offended easily this is not the show for you. He is not PC. If you take it how it is meant to be as a joke, then you will be laughing sooo hard, Loved it!!! Love him!!!!
He is hilarious, just wish we got to see more. My only complaint was that the his time on stage was too short. 45-50 minutes is not enough for a headliner and for the money spent. Again, material was great and the energy was awesome and I laughed a lot. Only improvement would have been me laughing for at least an hour.
