Although he started young, Bow Wow continues to succeed even after striking the Lil' from his name -- from albums like 2009's New Jack City II to his 2012 collaboration with T-Pain "Better," Bow Wow has displayed a level of maturity that belies his teenage beginnings. His live shows are a high energy affair, with a raw, stripped down vibe that makes the rapping (and him) the center of attention. Those lucky enough to get tickets will see Bow Wow work the stage from end to end, always engaging the crowd while delivering his signature rhymes. They'll also see more than a bit of swagger as Bow Wow often goes shirtless, showing off his many tattoos. The ladies won't mind that. Material from "Underrated," like the singles "Better" and "We in Da Club," show Bow Wow maturing and broadening his style as he works with collaborators, such as T-Pain, Lil Wayne and many others.
The Columbus, Ohio native was first discovered by Snoop Dog when he was just six years old and has never looked back. In 2001, he (as Lil' Bow Wow) debuted with the hit album, "Beware of Dog," and quickly followed up with the platinum-selling "Doggy Bag." Along with later releases and dropping the "Lil'" from his name, Bow Wow also ventured into acting, with appearances in "The Fast and the Furious" films, "Madea's Big Happy Family" and a recurring role in the HBO series "Entourage." He never neglected the music, however, as he released 2009's "New Jack City II," which touches on the crack cocaine epidemic, and began work on his long-anticipated "Underrated." Today, Bow Wow is still as big of a success as ever.

The show was misleading and a would like a FULL refund. Not only was my draught and her friend under the impression that Mindless Behavior would be performing so were others that attended to see the perform and NOT HOST ... I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MONIES SPENT ON TWO TICKETS. My daughter and her friend were and are still very disappointed with the show ... They consider Bow WoW "Older and out of their league" and had they known the concerted was focused/centered around him they would not have attended. We also encountered others after the show that were also disappointed with the turn of events. I WANT TO BE CONTACTED FOR A FULL REFUND!
I bought those tickets as birthday presents for my 2 nieces & they were not happy a bit. Matter of fact they were heart broken. When I purchased the tickets from you in July it was not advertised that Mindless Behavior was only hosting & not performing otherwise I wouldn't have bought the tickets. The shoiw started at 6:00 & was over at 8:00 come on now. Bow Wow, OMG Girlz & some other group that they had never heard of before. Mindless Behavior has lost 2 devoted fans. NEVER AGAIN. There were so many girls that were crying & upset about the situation that they offered a meet & greet after the show for $35.00 you have got to be kidding. I spent way over $100.00 for those 2 tickets & am very disappointed with the outcome of every thing.
I think the advertisment of this event had alot of parents beliveing that Mindless Behavior would have performed. I heard alot of moans and groans when the house lights came on from the parents and the little girls. Considering I have been to concerts as a teenager where the host actually performed...not come on stage for two seconds..get the little girl all hot and bothered and leave off. I mean they could have at least sung Mrs. Right for the sake of the lil divas in the building, and satisfy their little hearts. I had no idea who the first two acts were and really didn't care cause they sound terrble...they could dance their tails off, but their sound sucked.. OMG Girlz were very good and entertaining. Bow Wow...I just don't understand why we has was even in the equation but my daughters loved it and that's all that mattered. I am a little disturbed at the fact that after I spend $370 on six tickets, why...was the meet and greet not displayed on Ticketmaster as an additional option. When I get to the concert I hear you have to pay an additional $35 for a meet and greet ticket. So another $140 for four little girls on top of the $370 I already paid....no ma'am...not this mother!!!
This show was totally awesome. The lighting and sound was great!! And paying to see the performers afterwards was a really unforgettable experience!!!
I took my kids to this show and it was pretty good - I was disappointed at the adult music played by the DJ but I guess there is nothing you can do about today's music with the vulgar language.
I was so disappointed that Mindless Behavior didn't perform. I bought tickets to see Mindless Behavior and this was my granddaughters first concert and she was so disappointed.I will never buy tickets to see them again
I had a amazing seeing MB,OMG Girlz, Blake,Jacob, and BowWow!!!!! They all did an amazing job!!!!! I like how MB had a meet and greet after the concert I love them!!!!
This concert could have been way better. It ended before it started. The show started at 7pm and was about done at 9pm. One of the quickest concerts I've ever been to. Then they charged 35 per group to meet. So that'd be 105 to meet bowwow omg & mb. Jacob didn't do meet & greet.
Mindless Behavior drew the children there, but didn't perform. Before the show, in the lobby, the acts were selling $35 wristbands to Meet and Greet each celebrity (act) . Some kids spent over $100 because it was $35 per act. This was in addition to what they already spent on the ticket. They didn't have any merchandise for sale- only wristbands. You had to use your own camera phone- they didn't have a photographer. This was before the kids knew that Mindless Behavior wasn't performing. Earlier that day, they had a $35 Meet n Greet at another location. They must have come to town just for that. Tons of parents in the audience said they felt their children were hustled- because no one knew about No performance. A lot of kids only came for Mindless Behavior. Anyhow, not to take away from the others- Bow Wow was great, OMG, and Jacob Lattimore. The kids hollered the loudest for D-Low with the D-Low Shuffle because he is a local celebrity. He was awesome! Also, the rest of the acts were unknown locals and one from New Jersey. Trevor Jackson didn't show up either. He came to Chicago 2 weeks ago for the Bud Billiken parade, but not for this ticketed event.
i loved the show, my girls had a fabulous time. I was dissappointed that Mindless didn't preform.
When the OMG Girlz got on stage the crowd went wild and when Bow Wow took the stage, I went wild. We had so much fun, however I was hoping to see more of Mindless Behavior and I wasn’t expecting as many in between acts as there were, but it was fun, exciting and entertaining.
Nice arena. Mindless behavior should have done something even if one member is missing. OMG girls are a little to advanced for the generation that was there. Bow Wow was good.
Great show. Jacob Latimore was great as usual, and MB came out with him for a bit with "Pretty Girl". Then he threw his shirt into the crowd and this big fight broke out! Girls were punching each other, etc. until security broke it up and took the shirt. I get it, but sometimes I wish the artists wouldn't do that. If you don't have enough shirts for everyone then keep it on.
I've really N'Joy'd previous performances of mindless behavior but not realizing since they were the host, they wouldn't be performing. I think this should have been said prior too purchase. My daughter and I were heartbroken but the bother artist were good. Could have been a better stage presentation. Afterwards there was a meet and greet which again could have been sponsored a little better. I hope on there next your schedule the managers put together a real show.
It was a great show! I loved seeing mindless behavior host and bow wow omg Jacob latimore and so many more . The only problem for me was when the meet and great happend it was unorganized no way to leave the building and at a point mindless behavior went back into the arena
My best friend and I went to this concert on Friday August 22 and it was an unforgettable experience for both she and I . I think more so for her because this was her first concert . Buuutttttt , one thing I can say is I love the experience you get from sitting in the pit because I feel like you interact more with the performers , so that's one thing I would change . So if you have the money , don't be cheap get those tickets because I promise you WILL NOT regret it .
The concert was way tooo short for the cost of the tickets... Didn't see Trevor Jackson at all...
Basically Bow Wow was amazing but the opening act took forever and I mean it!! They sucked and it didn't really care much about the performers but I was happy and yelling when Bow Wow came out to perform.
im soooooo in love with bowwow..and i almost fainted..the concert was AMAZING!!!
