Mario is the definition of a triple threat: the R&B singer, dancer, and actor has been thrilling audiences with his bevy of talents for more than a decade. The fresh-faced singer radiates with passion and charisma at his live shows, where he charms fans with smooth renditions of favorites like "Let Me Love You" and "How Do I Breathe". Whether he's belting out cuts from his fifth album Evolve or taking it all the way back to his debut single "Just a Friend 2002", Mario's magnetic presence and silky voice always make for an unforgettable concert experience.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born and raised in Baltimore, Mario, whose full name is Mario Dewar Barrett, was interested in music from an early age. His mother bought him a karaoke machine at age four, and he was discovered by a producer at a talent show at age 11. He released his self-titled debut album in 2012 to a No. 3 spot on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, earning praise from critics for his powerhouse vocals and scoring his first hit single with "Just a Friend 2002". His 2004 sophomore album featured a more mature sound and was an even bigger success, spawning the international No. 1 single "Let Me Love You" and featuring collaborations with artists like Jermaine Dupri and Ne-Yo. Two more successful albums followed in the '00s, as well as a appearances in popular films like Step Up (2006) and Freedom Writer (2007). In 2013 Mario once again climbed the charts with "Somebody Else", a Nicki Minaj-featured track from his fifth album Evolve. A seasoned performer known for his smooth moves and heartfelt vocals, Mario continues to impress on his must-see tours.

Vocals never disappoint if you’re sitting front row be prepared for lots of interaction with him I just love it. 😍 you can tell Mario love what he do because he put his all in his performances. If u haven’t seen him live you’re missing out

by MsKeyna on 9/20/23Performance for champagne and Roses was amazing. He definitely put his heart along with his blood and sweat into it. His Voice is really awesome, no auto tune when it comes to him and the microphone. His vibes make you feel like he is actually singing to you and only you.

His energy his vibe is everything he make you feel like you’ve known him forever. Can’t wait to attend another concert of his hopefully a Solo Tour
