    Very disappointing

by Madison on 1/1/24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Took 3 kiddos to this show and was VERY dissatisfied. The entire premise of the show is that the dad doesn’t want to play with his kids, and is too busy with his phone. This plot is not something we need to reinforce- parents being focused on phones over engagement. At the end of the show a big “keepy uppy “ game was promised. While only those on the main floor got to participate. Very exclusionary and heartbreaking for the kids. My family and I love the bluey show, but this was nothing like the heartwarming, interactive, engaging show that we are used to.

    Fairly short

by Soso on 1/1/24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The play itself was very short would have been nice to have the kids involved more ! The kids enjoyed it but as is that all . Overall maybe a little overpriced for how far we were .

    Too short

by Si on 1/1/24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Great energetic cast. The show had very little plot, was a bit preachy, and was way too short for the high price point.

    42 minute show?

by Martin on 1/1/24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The Bluey show was good in terms of quality. I mean, the kids liked it anyway. The 42minutes the show lasted was far from satisfactory. I had a few friends at the show with the same thought.

    Kids loved it

by Kit on 1/1/24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

My 3 & 6 year old loved it. It wasn't too loud and or too bright for kids like another show that I also watched with the kids and they kept covering their ears. It was also not too long and perfect for kids to enjoy it without getting bored. The keepy uppy at the end was amazing fun for kids.

Play was wonderful but keepy uppy left kids crying

by Dbrie on 12/31/23Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The play it's self was wonderful and well done however the production company left out 3/4 of the audience in the game of keepy uppy at the end. If you did not have ground seats then you did not get to participate. While I understand not wanting the giant balls to fall from the balcony onto the lower levels I do not understand why the crew could not have had bubble machines like they did for the floor up in the balcony so we could participate. There were a number of kids that were left crying and upset as they could not go down to participate and had likely been warned by their parent of caregiver.

    Disappointing

by MSS on 12/31/23Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

People running around the stage in bright green suits moving props around and manoeuvring large stuffed animals with sticks. It was 40 minutes of throwing around ‘Dad’s cell phone’. 40 minutes!! We thought our daughter would be elated to see Bluey in person, but instead she spent the bulk of the performance looking confused, and it ended in a crying fit because everyone on the floor got to play “keepy-uppy” with big balloons and she got to watch from the balcony. If you’re willing to take a chance, spend the money on floor seats so you can at least enjoy 1 thing about the performance. Pretty brutal.

    Too Expensive and Too Short

by Calgary Dad on 12/31/23Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The performers were on stage for less then 45 minutes. The last 5 minutes or so they were bouncing some big balls and bubbles around to only part of the audience. It was ok at best. I felt I was robbed going to this.

Was really great but can’t believe how much money the tickets were

Overpriced for the show we recieved

by Sheri on 12/11/23Thunder Bay Community Auditorium - Thunder Bay

The show started at 6:07pm and ended at 6:50km with a 10 min interactive keep away ball game. Not worth the money for the show!!!

    We loved Bluey!

by Momma V on 12/9/23Chester Fritz Auditorium - Grand Forks

This was awesome. My daughter LOVED it. She laughed and played along. At one point she yelled something to Bandit it was so cute. We even made our way down from our seats to play keepy uppy. A core memory I think my newly 4 yr old will have forever. The puppeteers did awesome and was a fun play. I would definitely bring my kiddos again.

    Great entertainment for younger Kids

by Btet on 12/9/23Chester Fritz Auditorium - Grand Forks

The show was great, only thing I wish it provided was maybe a 2nd story to go along with the 1st story, since it was fairly short in length of time.

    Overpriced

by Lana on 12/9/23Chester Fritz Auditorium - Grand Forks

The price of the ticket versus the length of the show was astronomical. Kids were crying because it was over too soon. Our child insisted it was only half time. Price per minute for a family of four in cheaper seats equated to over five dollars per minute. That is unacceptable for so many reasons!! The show itself was cute but 100% not worth the cost!!

    Wonderful

by Amanda on 12/4/23Hershey Theatre - Hershey

My 3 year old Bluey fan LOVED this how. This show kept his attention the ENTIRE time. When it was over he asked if he could see it again! Loved the interactive part at the end, my son kept talking about how he played Keepy Uppy with Bluey.

Very short - not worth the $

by Amatt on 12/3/23Dow Event Center - Saginaw

This event didn’t even last an house and cost over $150 for seats in the second to last row. Very disappointed on the length of this event and cost. Content was great, very cute and similar to the show, kept kids engaged, but way too short for the money spent.

    Meh

by Parent on 12/2/23Dow Event Center - Saginaw

Ok we didn't realize it was going to be puppets when we did this. The meet and greet was great but that's extra. People in the back said they couldn't hear. The show was also fairly short for the money it costs to go. Forty minutes but will cost 300 plus for a family of 3. 450 plus if you get the front seats.

Not what I had hoped for

by Kelsey on 12/2/23Dow Event Center - Saginaw

Maybe it was geared towards a VERY young crowd, but it wasn’t interactive enough for my 4 year old, maybe more lights, music. Not sure what it was missing here but it was also a VERY short show. One time was enough for us, it just won’t be a repeat show we see.

    Too short for the cost

by Ajv on 12/1/23Dow Event Center - Saginaw

We all enjoy Bluey. The show was cute, but I thought it was pretty short for the cost of the ticket. Even my kids were like that’s it, it’s over? I expected it to be at least an hour and it was less than 40 minutes.

    Cute but Short

by Ja on 12/1/23Dow Event Center - Saginaw

The play was really adorable and my daughter had a great time. It was a lot shorter than expected though. Like, when it ended I was shocked, I thought it was intermission. For the price of seats I felt a little cheated, and my daughter was disappointed.
