    Sound

by Ed on 9/30/22Mark C. Smith Concert Hall at the Von Braun Center - Huntsville

Sound on the upper balcony was not good. Had a hard time hearing the cast. With music in the background and the main cast member speaking it was difficult to hear the words.

We took our two year old to this show and it was above our expectations. We will be going back if/when they come back to our town! Highly recommended for you and your kiddos!! Parents had fun too!

    We were unable to atttend

by Blue on 9/28/22Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts - Greensboro

Our families arrival from Australia was delayed so we couldn’t make the show. Alternative would be CLT but was too expensive to transfer tickets.

The storyline was bad. The acting was bad. The set was bad. Blue was barely on stage for the show. Whoever played Blue had their blonde hair sticking out the back where the kids were actually commenting on it. This reminded me of a high school play. Don't waste your time

Expected more from the play. The guy "Steve" didn't even resemble Steve at all. The kids seemed pretty ok with it but I would've expected a little more.

Cute show. kids loved the show and the meet and greet after the performance was a nice bonus, although Blue was not present.

The show was like watching a bad high school musical, only the high school musicals I've seen were better! They had sound and lighting trouble and the actors didn't seem to know where they were supposed to be. My 2 year old did love the show however. I also am glad we were allowed to take pictures with the cast, without paying extra.

    Sound was terrible

by MO1313 on 12/29/12St. George Theatre - Staten Island

The theatre is beautiful. The sound was terrible. I was in Orchestra AA and could hardly hear the songs so I do not know how those behind us heard anything. There was static also in the speakers and when the actors moved you heard a thump noise as some must have been hitting their microphone. I think I should get my money back.

    Blues Clues perfect for kids!

by Myserenaluv on 12/29/12St. George Theatre - Staten Island

This show was the perfect length and the perfect amount of color and song to keep a toddler happy the entire time!

    Lower that Volume

by number1Gram on 2/24/10St. George Theatre - Staten Island

The volumn was so loud! It came on so sudden that the little ones were frightened - children were wailing all over the place! Blue was not around at the end of the show along with the other characters. Also, they should lose the Planet Skit.

    Not worth the money

by TwoAngelsMommy on 2/23/10St. George Theatre - Staten Island

The show started off ok. They took a 15 minute intermission which is just outrageous! You cannot do that to toddlers. Then, after the intermission they did a whole thing about the planets that was not appropriate for the toddler crowd. I think whoever wrote this play never saw the real show and the actors had no appeal to youngsters. It was not worth the money.

    very dissapointing

by shortydrf on 2/23/10St. George Theatre - Staten Island

my 2 year old loves blues clues so we decided to go from long island to see this show. It was pretty bad from the minute is started. It was very boring and the acting and singing was not good at all. Only parts kept my daughter attention but most of it was just plain boring

    A bad high school play

by noname100 on 2/22/10St. George Theatre - Staten Island

I was really hoping for a lot more from this show. The costumes were awful, I felt like they were made in the back 10 minutes before the show began! They were pieces of felt that were floppy and did not hold their shape. The scenery, if we are calling the king size sheet hanging from the ceiling with striped wallpaper and a window painted on it scenery, well, I think my 4 year old painted it. The storyline was boring to say the least, I understand this is a child's play, but that should be all the reason more to keep the story going. I wasn't even sure how we went from storybook land to outerspace. The acting was fine, but come on, could they have at least found someone to look a little more like Steve and not his older twice removed Uncle. At the end of the show they had the characters lined up in the hallway so the kids could say him to them and get pics...this was a great idea!! Until you get out there and everyone is out there ( I think I even saw the stagehands) except Blue! I almost felt bad for Steve (or his uncle) when my 4 year old asked him where Blue was and he was given some lame excuse how Blue was out getting some water and talking a walk. My true thought is that the person playing Blue was unable to take another minute literally on her hands and knees, and yes, you could see her legs sticking out of the back of her costume.
