Blue Man Group at the Astor Place Theatre Tickets

The production, which engaged the audience, matched well with the scale of the venue and was thoroughly enjoyable. This time, I experienced the excitement from the front seats, but I thought it might have been nice to see the whole picture even from the back seats. I'd like to enjoy the show from the back seats next time.

Took out three boys 11,12&16…like us they loved the show. Great entertainment and good value. Fun for all the family.

The show was a perfect blend of visual weirdness and nonstop audio/visual action for my teens. It was similar to them witnessing TikTok video streaming live! I gave it 3 stars because of the staff and the obstructed views. The seating that I paid a lot of money for without being informed that the view was obstructed was completely subpar. I asked to move my seat to an unoccupied seat. I was rudely told the show was sold out. A whole row of seats two rows in front of me went unoccupied the entire show. Jerk. Plus, one of the attendants was shaming kids for not following directions. Dude- they’re kids. Have a little courtesy.

First seen these guys in New York 20 years ago and always remember how brilliant it was. Returning to the same theatre and watching it all again didn’t disappoint. Great entertainment. The whole cast were brilliant. Very enjoyable. And would definitely go again. Again!!!

The event was just OK. The crowd interaction was good and their drumming was entertaining however There was so much fluff in between acts that was irrelevant and some of the acts were very unimpressive, it made it all seem slow and underwhelming. If it was half the price, I would have been more satisfied.

50% music and 50% humor show. I loved the music, they are excellent musicians and performers. The humor acts are kinda... naive and bizarre sometimes, but overall it was a pretty fun experience.

It was our first time seeing the show. My family and I loved it!!! The Blue Man Group performers were so entertaining and engaging. I’m already planning our next trip to see them.

I've seen the Blue Man Group at other locations and it was great to be able to do so at their original theater! There's quite a lot of surprises in the show, just know to expect the unexpected with this lot. Thoroughly enjoyable, adept for all ages, and good fun.

Went with my 9 YO boy. He was laughing throughout the whole show. Make sure you don't sit in back, anything beyond half of the mezzanine is kind of covered

Loved this show! It’s only been running for 32 years and I finally got to see it. Excellent musically, visually, and overall super fun! JTC

The show is part percussion concert and part comedy. The men who are blue are talented percussionists and would do well to stick to that and fill their show with it. Most of the attempts at comedy are long, blank stares after one of the blue men has done something awkward. We, the audience, are expected to continue to find these blue-faced stares funny throughout the show, rather than to regret the purchase of our tickets and the loss of an evening. They have about enough material to fill half the time, and the rest of the show is blank stares. I don't want to be too harsh though; they are in at least the 90th percentile of adult males when it comes to catching marshmallows in their mouths. They also have a very impressive three-piece backup band that I hope is well paid.

All these years, never saw Blue Man Group. Took my two grandkids Sunday and was blown away. It is tremendous! The performers are incredibly talented, the production is crazy, wild, fun and non stop. We all loved it!

The blue man group was simply amazing full of incredible skits and awesome percussion loved it .

The show was most disappointing, stupid bizarre, too short for an NYC theater, and definitely not worth the money.

I'm seven years old and I went to see the show with my grandma. She said it was going to be lots of fun and loud and bright lights and cool music and it was! It was my first time and I loved it!!! I'll go again.

The Blue Man Group is incredible! I invited my son & spouse for a Saturday night outing in NYC and they loved it. My 8yo was captivated the whole time. I've never heard him laugh so much. I recommend this show to all adults and children of all ages. you will be entertained.
