  • Amazing Band, Great Venue

by BrookeM on 9/26/22The Depot - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

Blackhawk never disappoints, the show was amazing. This was my first concert at The Depot. The venue is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went with my mother who needed a seat. I was worried about it being a standing, general admission venue. There were seats in the back that were raised, and a second level. But, they do have an ADA section to the side of the stage were they will bring seats in for you. We sat over there and had a great time.

A very special night with the Outlaws opening with an acoustic set. Henry Paul is still going strong after all these years. Guitarists Jimmy Dormire and Jeff Aulich were fantastic as well. A memorable night with hopefully many more in the future. Go see Black Hawk. They do not dissapoint!

by Megmae on 8/23/21Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights - West FargoRating: 5 out of 5

It was wonderful. The bands anyway. Some of the other guests were very rude. They were lucky I'm not a fighting person! The only thing we wish we had known ahead of time was that once we entered we couldnt go back out. We were to meet with some friends at the Bardown before the concert but couldn't.

  • Great music...horrible food

The musical acts were great. The charcoal briquet they served as a cheeseburger was atrocious!

I saw this group when they were first starting out, 25 years ago in Mitchell, SD at the Corn Palace. They are just as good as they ever were. Really enjoyed the show! I like the smaller venue too!

  • Blackhawk Brought It!

by BJBSJB on 3/6/18Deadwood Mountain Grand - DeadwoodRating: 5 out of 5

What an awesome concert! We would see them again in a heartbeat! They play great and took me back to growing up in the 90s, and sound just as I remember!

  • BlackHawk was very good.

by Sddakotacowgirl on 3/6/18Deadwood Mountain Grand - DeadwoodRating: 4 out of 5

Very good music.very clear sound. Instrumental parts were alittle loud but still enjoyable. People in front of us were rude. Larger group of couples, no one sat for more than 10 minutes. Consistance in and out and talking. But overall, the band was very good.

  • Blawkhawk & Outlaws - One and the same!

by Gasboy757 on 10/13/15Cone Denim Entertainment Center - GREENSBORORating: 5 out of 5

I had never been to this venue before and was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, acoustics and service. It is on the main drag in Greensboro so plenty of restaurants and bars are available pre show. The line up for Blackhawk was a surprise too, but if you like the Outlaws you will most likely approve of Blackhawk too. As for the the Outlaws, - excellent I don't care how many times you have seen them before it is always worth seeing them again. Great job guys!

They sound just as good now as they did on all those great 90's cd's. They played all the hits. Very entertaining and a talented group of musicians. I would go see them time and time again without hesitation.

  • Who knew!!

Due to some travel issues we got there for the last few songs of Blackhawk. They were absolutely amazing! We were super bummed though. Then the same exact same guys standing in a differet location played for 2 hours as the Outlaws. The show was outstanding!

  • They played an awsome show

by 4th2012 on 7/12/11Historic West Park Bandstand - Rich HillRating: 5 out of 5

For the past 5 years our little town of Rich Hill MO has put on FREE concerts in our west park bandstand, and this past year blackhawk was the free concert. I got to meet the guys before there show and once they came on stage played for a solid hour and a half they played almost all there hits except for maybe a couple but did do all there best know. I admit i wasnt the biggest fan of them till after there show is what really made me a real fan awsome awsome show and would defentitly recomend if you have a chance to go and see them DO IT, i know if they are anywhere else near me i'll be back to see them agian.

  • Blackhawk was good, their opening band was great

    by Tree1988 on 12/6/10Wild Bills - DuluthRating: 3 out of 5

With lead singer having a cold and voice issue, I think Blackhawk did very well. They played all my favorites, and I did enjoy the show. However, I LOVED the first band. When we arrived around 9:30, they were already on stage, and I was sorry to have missed the whole show for them. I don't even know their names, but if I did, I'd be searching them out on iTunes! For me, the next opening act was OK, but the instruments drowned out her voice.

  • awesome concert

by garthlet on 8/15/10Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 4 out of 5

blackhawk ia a great band to see live. they sounded better than ever. You could tell they were very much into it. Bears den is a fantastic venue for a concert. It is so intimate. The acoustics are great and you are so close, you can see everything. Too bad it wasnt attended by more people. You missed a great show that will not be forgotten by me anytime soon.
