The Birmingham Bowl wasn’t prepared for a sellout game. The vendors ran out of food at multiple locations in the stadium. Certain types of beer sold out early and staffing was inadequate to quickly serve people.

Protective stadium is very nice! (1) Designated walking paths should be identified and marked. It was chaos trying to get through due to lines for food. (2) improve food/drink distribution! It was a full quarter wait to obtain food/drinks! Maybe add food carts with light snacks?
Great field and wonderful staff. The club level was outstanding.
He concession lines and exit from the stadium were horrible. Nice stadium but sound system wasn’t good.
My tickets were at Will Call as promised. First time to use Ticket Master, but will use again.
I bought a ticket for parking in the orange lot for this game. Upon arrival, I was in a long line of irate fans that also had prepaid parking, but were unable to park as the lot was full. I have no idea who's fault this was, but I do know that Ticketmaster sold me a useless ticket.
The venue overall is great. The issues were that they ran out of food before halftime. The beer lines were way to long. They need to review there process for buying food and have more beer boothes available. The announcer was horrible. The score board operator had no clue what he was doing. My complaints are all easy fixes and are operational issues that meed to be looked at.
I paid for parking and ended up having to park on the street because every lot was overbooked. I stood in concession line half of second quarter and entire half time and still was not close to getting served when third quarter started, so I just went back to my seat.
The new stadium is amazing! Everything was super nice and doesn’t appear to be a bad seat in the place. Concessions to a bit too long but maybe they’ll fix that in the off season. Had a great time!
