Biloxi Shuckers Tickets

The workers at MGM stadium are always friendly and helpful. The players are awesome. They give autographs to children, try their best to ensure children get a game ball, and they encourage one another. The crowd is always great. I have never had a problem getting past anyone to get up or back to my seat. They cheer and encourage the players on both teams. Overall great experience every time I go to a game.

the day before I received an email from the Shuckers that the game on Sat August 27 would be a double header and would start at 5:30 and gates would open at 5::00. Only one game was played and the gates did not open till 6:00.

Enjoy going there. Took two friends this time and they had a good time, too. The people there are nice and Linda, the usher working the tunnel by the third base dugout? Is the BEST. She is so nice and helpful. Wish they had a parking lot close by to park in.

We love to go to AA and triple A games in the U.S.. We love this park. The team looked tough and the execution of the game was great. Little over 2 hours for a 7-5 win for the Shuckers. Now for the business. A group of 6 purchased the Klondike 7 suite. This is an air conditioned venue with covered seating outside the suite. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. This is a cash bar with an all you can eat buffet and free soft drinks and water. The food Available was very good. As a business owner myself, I would have probably had canned cheese for nachos to go with the chili. Cheap and good for the kids. We had a couple from our group that were running a little late. They arrived in the bottom of the first inning. I was a little shocked that the food was only available for one hour after the first pitch, 4th inning. Lastly, no one ever checked our tickets to get to the suite. We took the elevator to the top and walked into the suite without any interaction whatsoever. I noticed others had bands on their wrists but our party of six had nothing. I am only pointing this out because as a business owner myself, I definitely would like to know this. We will definitely be back...

Was a great experience. Would like to make a correction from my last review. The usher's name is Linda. She is the best. The other fans at the game? They are awesome. They make it a complete experience. I will be back.

MGM Park is a very nice baseball park. It will help you to study where to park if you drive in. That said, there is plenty of free parking within a short walk. And since there are several options, egress is very easy. My complaint is that I bought the Family Fun Pack on a Sunday game. It is a very good deal with 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 bags of chips, and 4 small drinks. The only issue is that NO ONE informed me of how to redeem the food. I’m sure they would say it’s my fault for not asking, and it is to a degree. But the website doesn’t state how to redeem and the single associate scanning tickets didn’t notice that these were the special tickets and inform me. When I complained to one associate standing on the First Base side he seemed uninterested. For anyone else that chooses the special deal, go to the Guest Relations table that is easy to find. Show them your tickets and they will give you a voucher. Then you can enjoy the rest of the game, which is worth it as the Shuckers are a good team to watch right now.

Great ballgame & staff were friendly & entertaining

I took my girlfriend to her first baseball game for her birthday, and it was AMAZING!!! The stadium was beautiful and clean, the fans were very nice, the concessions were good, and the staff was AWESOME!!! A member of the cheer team threw my girl a shirt, and a member of the field crew gave her a baseball for her birthday. This was the highlight of our weekend, and we cannot wait to get back to see the Shuckers. They are definitely a 1st class organization.

Really nice stadium placement for a local club. They have electronic check in, so no delays. There's plenty of food and drink available and the prices are not crazy. The seats were excellent. Like most minor league parks, this one has a great cheer group between innings and there's always a special going on- hot dog night, luau night, etc. The team is a pretty good performer too. Of all the minor league parks I've been to in my travels, the only one i liked better was Wolff Park in San Antonio, TX.

Got great tickets at a great price. The usher, Mary, was the best. She was friendly and made our first time there a memorable experience.

We had a great time at the Biloxi Shuckers game! The game, atmosphere and fireworks to end the night were all great! There was a lot of in person entrainment and video entertainment on the videoboard to keep everyone entertained throughout the game. We have been to many games, and plan on going to many more! It's a fun filled night for all ages!

After rain delay, great game, staff very friendly & knowledgeable. Fireworks show was awesome!

Went this last Sunday to the shuckers. Found real good seat ( not a bad seat in the park) rain delay 45 min. Game started late. Lots going on between innings. Enjoyed everything. I believe 6 home runs in the game Fireworks after the game were great. I would recommend for a great family outing.

The Shuckers are a great minor league team and the stadium is so fun to be in. Always great food and beautiful view of the Beau Rivage as well as the ocean breeze blowing over! Absolute fun atmosphere for the family or for a group of rowdy friends. The event team really does a good job getting the crowd involved and pumped up for all 9 innings

Wonderful experience, from buying the tickets, to actually experiencing the game, everything is as made easy, quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend, and would definitely do and buy again!

We got seats on the third base side, right on the field. My kids loved it. But I had a staff member keep telling me that the kids had to be seated. The reason we got the tickets is so we could be close to the field, get a ball, talk to players. If we were worried about getting hit by a ball we would have moved behind the net of further away.

My daughter and I always go to the games! So much fun, entertainment, and good food and drinks.

Baseball, hot dogs (and lots more), fireworks and great staff! What more could you ask for! Wonderful facility, clean and well maintained. Can't do better than MGM Park for some good old-fashioned family fun, Most highly recommend!

Great evening. Seats were great, clean and comfortable. The game was good, but the events during the innings were excellent. Kids getting to have a chance at a ball, get autographs, even run the basis after the game. Fireworks were an added pleasure., and the food is good To my wife and i it was a great evening and what America is all about. PS The National Anthem and God Bless America were performed.and respected by all.
