BILLY RAY CYRUS VISITS AUSTRALIA FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TWO DECADES.
Throughout the course of nearly three decades, Billy Ray Cyrus has achieved international success as a singer, songwriter, entertainer, and philanthropist.
Having released 12 studio albums and 44 singles since 1992, he is best known for his number one single “Achy Breaky Heart”, which became the first single ever to achieve triple Platinum status in Australia. It was also the best-selling single in the same country in 1992 and was translated into more than 100 languages. Thanks to the video of this hit, the line dance catapulted into the mainstream, becoming a worldwide craze.
He has sold over 20 million albums, charted 35 singles, 16 of which are Top 40 hits and has scored a total of eight top-ten singles on the Billboard Country Songs chart. His most successful album to date is his debut Some Gave All, which has been certified 9× Multi-Platinum in the United States and is the longest time spent by a debut artist at number one on the Billboard 200 (17 consecutive weeks) and most consecutive chart-topping weeks in the SoundScan era.
It is the only album (from any genre) in the SoundScan era to log 17 consecutive weeks at number one and is also the top-ranking debut album by a male country artist. It ranked 43 weeks in the top 10, a total topped by only one country album in history, Ropin’ the Wind by Garth Brooks.
Some Gave All was also the first debut album to enter at number one on the Billboard Country Albums chart. The album has also sold more than 20 million copies worldwide and is the best-selling debut album of all time for a solo male artist. Some Gave All was also the best-selling album of 1992 in the US with 4,832,000 copies.
Currently, Cyrus has numerous new projects in the works including the new television series on CMT, “Still The King,” in which he shares writing and executive-production credits.

These shows are not to be missed.
amazing show and sounded amazing just wish he could have sang all his songs
Great concert played all his best and sounded great
I think he is a really nice guy. I have always liked him. It was a lot of fun. Went with my hubby and my 34 year old daughter and we all had a great time. Will certainly go see him again. He was very personable. At a certain point loads of people went and stood at the foot of the stage (myself and my daughter included). You could tell Billy enjoyed it. One of the happiest and fun shows I have seen in awhile.
He always puts on a great show !! Derek Jones was awesome loved his music. When he and Billy Ray played together it was great. Billy Ray love your new song
Billy is a great guy! Have seen him for many years. His friend that was with him Derek Jones is also great! Get his CD!
Enjoyed the show liked Billy Ray but needs to get w/the times & cut the hair from where we were seated looked like he was not with the program sometimes Band was really good & so was starting entertainer Was our last night in Vegas & enjoyed the evening. Thanks
The price of the show was inexpensive but the show was first class .. loved the way he interacted with the audience and the support act was excellent also would love to see him again
I've been to many concerts but this by far was the best one I've ever been to. We we're in the 2nd row right in front of Billy and my husband was even able to get his autograph. And the ticket prices weren't outrages either. Only complaint I have was he didn't play one of my favorite songs that reminds me of my girls. "GET READY, GET SET, PLEASE DON'T GO ". BUT I definitely enjoyed it so so much. Thank you Billy Ray Cyrus and his band.
I was a huge fan of Billy Ray Cyrus back in the 90's. Since it's been awhile since he's toured, I was on the fence about purchasing a ticket. I will just say that I am so glad that I decided to buy the ticket. He still sounds and looks great like he did back in the day. His energy is amazing and he puts 100% into it. His band was superb. Top notch musicians. Billy Ray is very fan friendly and he signed autographs until way after the show was over. He made sure that everyone got an autograph that wanted one. The venue is clean and very nice. If you are on the fence about whether to buy tickets to Billy Ray Cyrus, don't be. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Super nice guy, too.
Amazing concert and fantastic venue! Perfect for a girls night out!!!!
Been a fan of his since the beginning. The venue is great. Good time!
What a great concert this was!! He sang all his hits and then some and not only can he sing but he tells the best stories that make you laugh! His band is amazing too!! Billy Ray also takes time out after the show to meet with as many fans as he can but i didn't dare try to attempt that with everyone pushing and shoving. There was a singer who also jams with Billy Ray during his show, that sang a few songs before Billy Ray took the stage. His name is Derek Jones and he is an incredible singer and tells it like it is!
It was very cool, not just throwback like I expected. You could tell he was starting to really get into it about half way through. Derek Jones was an amazing opening artist and Micki Free was bad to the bone! Would do it again!
The concert was great. The Ecenter was nice and cool.
Remembering what I heard in the 90's and what I heard last Saturday it hard to believe. I was a huge BRC fan. He didn't sound anything like he did. He didn't sing most of the songs someone else did. Some gave all he passed it to someone else. That was one of his trademarks song. Also there were needless guitar solos way too many of them. People paid to see you and the only song where he sounded decent was achy breaks heart which I couldn't stand them or now
Me and the wife came here ( E-center at the Edgewater in Laughlin NV) not knowing what to expect from Billy ray and had an open mind to his music that night. BAD MISTAKE ! it was so bad I almost had a panic attack and my wife looked like a deer in the head lights. She loves music as much as I do ,but when it comes to Billy ray..PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !
BRC still knows how to rock the house! Great show!
Billy Ray was great !! Enjoy the whole show. Great overall compared of the building and the show.
Billy Ray Cyrus put on a great show as usual. It was awesome to experience it from the front row.
could not see, event was in a small room, you could tell Billy Ray did not want to be there and he did not take care of his followers. Basically a rip off.
