The band is great. They perform a good Playlist. We'd definitely go again.
Great musicians and mix of tunes. Different arrangements of some old rock standards with some good new tunes.
At first I wasn’t sure if Bill’s performance was just a poor karaoke act- but hearing his emotions during several of the songs made me change my mind. I loved him!! And his blood brothers were excellent musicians!! It was such a fun show to attend! I highly recommend anyone to attend!
Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers was THEE BEST SHOW! The band was super tight & after the most heartfelt rendition of 867-5309/Jenny, Bill aptly shrugged "What the hell, right?"I happily cried, more than once. What the hell, right? Also, new fan of Dave Hill!
Terrific energy and all smiles - a great show and great opening act !
I am thrilled that I went! The band is full of all-star quality musicians. Each one fabulous. Bill Murray was such a pleasant surprise and a talented musician. Would definitely go see them again!
Saw Bill Murray and his Blood Brothers at the Sound on a Thursday night. The band was great- like, seriously quality musicians. They had a nice, big stage with two whole drum kits and at one point they did a synchronized drum solo that was SO impressive. Bill sang, played drums, and doodled around with various percussion things. The guitarists were fantastic- so were the song choices (bluesy rock). Venue is always good- especially good lighting, but security took my pen :-( Overall a lot of fun and worth the money- we were glad we went.
Good talented music but just not a lively show. Bummer.
When Murray started warbling Like a Rolling Stone,” it offered proof there is a worse vocalist than Bob Dylan. The band was outstanding, though. Good showcase for Mike Zito.
