  • Wow, Best game ever

by BuckeyeJohnny on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The B1G Fan Fest was wonderful and had something for everone. There was food, drinks, and activities. They had all the merchandise for sale and the B1G Network broadcasting. The game was special from start to finish, GO BUCKS!!!! I will be attending next year as well.

  • Big Ten Football Championship Game is Excellent

by MikeRoo on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

We've been to the game two years in a row. It was a stellar experience even when Ohio State lost a thriller to Michigan State, but even better this year, when OSU unexpectedly whomped Wisconsin. It's like a Big Ten festival of fans. Well worth the trip to Indy from Cincy.

  • What a game!!

by KentuckyBuckeye on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

What can I say? The Buckeyes laid the wood on the Badgers, 59-0. The venue was great, the atmosphere was exciting. Getting in and out of the stadium was no problem at all. We had a wonderful time. The folks from Madison may have a different perspective, tho. ;)

Lucas Oil Stadium and all the activities associated with the Big Ten Championship where amazing. I will be returning again. Of course it was even more fulfilling because the Buckeyes won the game. Indianapolis does it right. Good work.

I ordered online access tickets . They were immediately avalible to print or save to my pass book on my phone. The venue was great had never been before . We had top level seats and were able to see all parts for the game well. There were close rest rooms , food, and appeal vendors.

  • What a Game!

by akweldadam on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The event was great! Enough can't be said about how Lucas Oil Stadium is taken care of and ran as a whole. This is my second time here for the B1G Championship game and 6th time overall, the others were for the Suppercross event they have. I absolutely love this stadium and the city surroundings couldn't be much better. I definitely reccomend planning a trip for any event here.

  • So much fun!

by zaguast on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The city of Indianapolis and the Lucas Oil Stadium certainly know how to host a great event. There are a lot of downtown attractions, restaurants, and hotels and the stadium itself is inviting and beautiful. The locals know how to make you feel welcome and at home. Thanks, Indy, for hosting a great Championship Game

  • Great evening

    by 50isher on 12/9/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Lucas Oil Stadium is a wonderful place to host the B1G Championship. It's a fantastic venue and I love Indianapolis. Beautiful city with lots to do. I'm a Buckeye fan so of course the game was fun for me.

  • Great city, great experience, no bad seats!

    by B1GBuckeye on 8/2/14Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely loved my experience in Indianapolis last year. Will be in attendance no matter the outcome of the teams for a long time coming. There's a lot to do in Indianapolis and there isn't a bad seat in Lucas Oil Stadium.

  • No Beer while watching football?

    by seafus26 on 12/20/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

Event is great. City, weather and venues alcohol policies, not so much. If gonna be played in December, lets use our heads and play no where North of say Austin. I say in Mexico! Lol. I like to leisurely have a beer while watching the game. I bought club level sideline seats and was not told, you cannot have a beer and watch the game. You can do one or the other. I've been to Super Bowls and many NCAA events including Final Fours, BCS games, lesser bowl games and national championships. I'd never been told if you want to drink your beer you can remain in concession area and watch on the monitor. I can do that at home.

  • great experience

by Anonymous on 12/16/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

An amazing experience! Lucas oil stadium is the BEST place to watch a football game, not a bad seat in the place. Downtown Indianapolis has a lot to offer, and there are plenty of places to dine, shop before the event. Stadium is easy to find. Located right off I-70 so highway access is very easy. Parking is not a problem either. Will definitely be going back next year!

  • Amazing game, amazing field

by SpartanZ on 12/15/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The game was absolutely amazing and Lucas Oil Stadium was a perfect venue for the experience!

  • A Helpful Hint

by CGTraveler on 12/15/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

This is an addendum to my review of the game praising the city, venue, and event. After reading how many fans complained of long lines to get in, thought I would offer a hint to NOT try to enter at the North end. Instead, keep walking down either side of the stadium to the other gates located all around the perimeter. We walked down the East side 30 minutes before game time and walked right up to the gates near the 40 yard line.

  • Big 10 Championship Game

by Anonymous on 12/13/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Great game, great atmosphere ! Recommend if you get a chance to see this type event go ! Fun, exciting, even though our team wasn't there, the Huskers! Still had fun rooting Michigan St ! Great job, Spartans !!!

  • A little small but warm and cozy

by Actionjxn on 12/13/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

I would like to start off by saying that it was a bone-chilling cold day the day of the big ten championship. The indoor confines of Lucas Oil stadium were well appreciated. The cost for my seats were more than reasonable! I would have had to pay nearly twice that for a game at Ohio stadium of that caliber. However, I cannot see why they hold it in a stadium that only holds 66k when the big ten has at least 4 stadiums that dwarf Lucas oil. It would be nice if Beer was available. The Big Ten seems to be leaving a lot of money on the table. I didn't see many college age people at the game, either.

  • Cold in Indy

    by 68champs on 12/13/13Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 1 out of 5

I won't do this again. The Wingate Hotel near the Airport said they offer a shuttle to the Game so me and my wife took them up on it. 10 dollars each wasn't bad and it would save us getting lost trying to park there. We were dropped of at #4 location by the Lucas oil Stadium and were told we would be picked up at the same location after we called the Hotel. As we explored the temperature started to drop quickly, near 10 degrees. All the Bars and restaurants had long lines so we ended up at a White Castle, uck!. Then we made it to the OSU pep rally inside the convention center. After being really cold we were now all hot sweaty. After the band left the rally we followed them as far as the underground tunnel to the stadium, where they stopped everyone (except the band) and forced us outside in the cold to wait in line to get into the game, while being sweaty. Then we froze until we were inside and got sweaty again.. Then we found out we had the worst seats in the place. On the back wall at the very top of Lucas Oil. After the game we found #4 flag outside and called the Hotel. They said they'd be there in 10 minutes. After and hour and a half of freezing temperatures and numerous calls they kept saying that the Indy Police would not let there shuttle van into the stadium area. It didn't make sense. Finally we walked over to the Comfort Inns and suits to get comfortable and waited there for an hour for a taxi that cost us $40 bucks. Then we got back to our room it was 57 degrees because of there energy efficient heater. It was a pain in the ass!. I'll go to Pasadena before I go to Indy again!game we found #4 flag outside and called the Hotel. They said they'd be there in 10 minutes.
