About

Better Lovers is a hardcore punk band from Buffalo, New York. Sometimes considered a supergroup, the band came together in 2023 after the breakup of Every Time I Die. Following the dissolution of that metalcore act, guitarist Jordan Buckley, bassist Stephen Micciche and drummer Clayton “Goose” Holyoak joined forces with frontman Greg Puciato — former vocalist for The Dillinger Escape Plan — and guitarist Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy to form the new project. Signing to SharpTone Records, Better Lovers released their debut single “30 Under 13” in April 2023, which was followed quickly by their debut EP God Made Me an Animal. Throughout the following summer, Better Lovers joined The Ghost Inside, Underoath and We Came as Romans on a tour across North America before embarking on their own run of headline dates in the U.S. and the U.K.

    Great show by classic musicians. Kind of a wide variety of bands playing, but it all came together well. Was kinda sad Full Of Hell only played about 25 minutes. Better Lovers are definitely worth every penny seeing live. I don't know what they did, but they came out bringing it. Never a dull moment. I appreciated the crowd, and their involvement. Second time seeing BL, plan on seeing them the next time.

    Better Lovers pack 14 songs in an hour of pure hardcase punk. One of the best shows I have seen as this was their 1st headlining tour.

    Better Lovers were outstanding live! Keep the same energy for the entire show with no lulls. I love their new vinyl, but we're so much better live. I hope they come back to Charlotte on the next tour cycle.

    SeeYouSpaceCowboy and Foreign Hands slaps, noone wants to see that with barricades... WACK. But bands killed it

    Traveled 10 hours there for Greyhaven, and they, as always, kicked ass. Foreign Hands was pretty sick, SeeYouSpaceCowboy had an egotistical vibe that I could not get down with. Better Lovers was WAAYY louder than the other bands which I felt was sooo overboard. Like, we get it. We know who you are man.
