I was underwhelmed by the show, I’ve been to a live show in NYC and this one really didn’t land the same way. There was also no AC in the venue (which we didn’t know ahead of time) and the theatre was SO hot. Wouldn’t go again based on this experience.
Big fan of Jared Fried but wouldn’t go to this show again. If you haven’t been in the dating scene for 5+ years, it’ll be a tough show to get through. Reading through someone’s texts with a guy who ghosted them is just not my jam and that’s ok. I’m sure a lot of people benefited from it. They all seemed to relate. I still love Jared and think he’s hilarious. I still laughed, but my friend and I left an hour in.
