The Belle Mehus box office is open the night of show only, usually one hour prior to showtime. Tickets are available at the Bismarck Civic Center box office Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 5:00pm. The Civic Center Box Office is closed on all State holidays unless a Ticketmaster event is taking place.

Will call is available one hour prior to showtime at the Belle Mehus Box Office. The customer must present the actual credit card the order was placed on, their order number, and a valid picture ID.

There are parking spaces surrounding Belle Mehus Auditorium as well as two parking ramps. There is a small fee for parking in the ramps.

Accessible seating is available on the main floor in the left-of-stage section. Assisted listening devices are available at the Bismarck Civic Center Box Office. If you are in need of this assistance, please contact the Box Office prior to the event at 701-355-1384.

Guests may have their cameras confiscated if cameras are brought in and used during a “no camera” event. Cellular phones containing cameras may not be used to snap photos. Prohibited items include recording devices, cans, bottles, coolers, laser pointers, outside food or beverage, alcohol in the parking lots, open flame barbecues in the parking lots, derogatory or obscene signs, signs that block the view of other guests, strollers. Infant car seats are permitted only if a ticket is purchased to place the car seat in a regular seat, as car seats cannot be held on a lap or placed on the floor.

Generally speaking, children under two years of age are free if held on a ticket-holder's lap. This policy varies by show and promoter; please contact the Bismarck Civic Center Box Office for more information. There is a limit of 1 child per lap. No strollers are permitted. Car seats are permitted if a ticket is purchased to place the car seat into a seat.
