Bismarck Event Center Tickets

The Box Office hours are: Monday through Friday – 11:30 AM to 5:00 pm unless otherwise posted. Saturday and Sunday- Closed unless a Ticketmaster event is taking place Event days -11:30 AM until the start of event for events taking place Monday thru Friday. For events taking place on Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will open at 12:00 Noon, unless otherwise posted. The Box Office is closed on all State holidays unless an event is taking place.

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

For events that begin after 5pm, will call is available after 3:30pm on the day of the event at the Box Office window. For afternoon shows, will call is available after 11:30 AM. You must have the actual credit card used to place the order, a picture ID and the order number. Will Call orders are released only to the customer who ordered the tickets.

There are 5 parking lots around the Civic Center. There is a $2.00 parking fee in the 3 parking lots North of Bowen Ave (lots closest to the Bismarck Civic Center). The 2 parking lots South of Bowen Ave are free parking for patrons.

No video, audio, or digital cameras, or cameras with professional lenses. Cell phone cameras cannot be used to take photos and/or video. Small personal cameras are usually permitted. However, certain events may ban all of these items. Patrons not adhering to the camera policy will have their camera confiscated, and may be ejected from the building. Call the box office two days prior to the show to check on the policy (per show) at 701-355-1384 No laser pointers. No outside food or beverages. No coolers. No alcohol in the parking lots. No open flame barbecues in the parking lots. Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and/or advertising signage, and are not attached to a pole. No smoking. By ordinance, tickets may not be re-sold or given away in the Bismarck Civic Center, or on Civic Center property.Patrons caught re-selling or giving away tickets may have their tickets confiscated and/or ejected from the building. Patrons should note that the Bismarck Civic Center scans all tickets and any ticket purchased outside of Ticket Office, Ticketmaster Phone Centers, Ticketmaster website, or Ticketmaster Outlets may not be valid for entry. The Bismarck Civic Center reserves the right to search guests for drugs, alcohol, weapons, or other non-permitted items as specified above. Guests may be ejected from the building for not adhering to city ordinances and Civic Center policies.

Children under the age of 2 are free if held on lap. Subject to change per promoter specifications. Infant car seats are permitted only if a ticket is purchased to place the car seat in a regular seat, as car seats cannot be held on a lap or placed on the floor.
