Belinda Carlisle returns to Australia in February 2016 for a national run of concerts with Australian 80s iconic band Pseudo Echo. Belinda Carlisle has never stopped performing and has toured Australia numerous times to sold out shows. Playing her big solo hits alongside the much loved hits from The Go-Go’s, Belinda Carlisle one of the biggest solo female artists in the world.
Belinda rise to fame started when The Go-Go’s formed in 1978, and recorded a number of hits including “We Got The Beat” and “Our Lips are Sealed” before breaking up in 1985. At this time Belinda embarked on her hugely successful solo career and released her first solo album in 1986. Her second album “Heaven on Earth” produced the world wide hit “Heaven Is A Place on Earth” which became a number one in both
the US and UK charts and number two on the Australian charts. Another top 10 hit followed with “I Get Weak”.
Belinda continued to dominate the International charts with the 1989 release of “Runaway Horses” a top 10 album and featured the hit songs “Leave a Light On” and “Summer Rain”. More hits were to come, including the 1996 classic “In Too Deep” showcasing her longevity in the pop music scene. The concert will feature a collection of her biggest and best hits and songs from the past and present.
Joining Belinda Carlisle on tour is Australia’s own Pseudo Echo. Forming in Melbourne in the early 1980s, Pseudo Echo dominated the charts in the 80s with such big hits like ‘Don’t Go’, “Listening” and “Funky Town”. Their infectious electronic beats coupled with catchy pop tunes cemented their place in Australia pop music history and their songs continued to be heard on Australian radio to this day.
Belinda still rocks. She did all the Go Go's hits, her inidividual big hits and more. She had a great backing band, and she looked and sounded amazing.

Song selection was awesome and encores were great! Band was also great.
She has a great voice but just played her show and left immediately. Concert started at 10pm! 9pm was an opener using his macbook to get the sound. She did not harmonize at all with the band or the audience. Location itself was good. But they just open the doors 30 minutes prior the concert. They rather let the people freeze outside.
Belinda was amazing!!!! She sang all her hits and it was a fun night!
Belinda Carlisle's show at the BB King Blues Theater was terrific. She still has a great voice and her songs still sound fresh. Her energy and enthusisam is amazing. I had always liked her but I never had the opportunity to hear her perform live until her show in NY. She sang 19 songs and each ot them was terrific. She is a great talent and her talent was never fully appreciated by Americans. If she comes back to NY and I hope that she does I would go again in a heartbeat. She sang a mix of Go-Gos songs and songs from her highly successful solo career. She sang for two hours straight and the time flew by. She sounded as terrific at the end as she did at the beginning. Belinda the Beautiful!
Belinda Carlisle is one of the greatest pop rock performers of my time!! She doesn't need choreographed dancing nor special effects, and her catalogue of music is incredible!! I enjoyed her even more solo than leading the Go-Go's. 19 songs, 90-minute set and 3 encores!! Love you, Belinda!! Unforgettable!!

I've seen her with the go go'a several times and have always enjoyed it but she sounded better than ever. Great concert and would see her again.

Belinda has been a fave of mine since the early eighties when i was about 7! go gos were my first concert ever and since them have seen them about 16 times and belinda 6 (solo) and everytime either with the girls or alone she always puts on a high energy fun show!! loved the entire concert and loved the songs she chose to sing at 4th and b..im from westlake ca (were belinda is from) and we drove 3 hours to catch this show and it was worth the drive!!
My favorite singer is the lovely and talented Belinda Carlisle. She did her best songs live with an amazing backing band and capable back up singers. The crowd of loyal fans just could not wait to hear these pop gems and she delivered in spades!
Belinda is my allll time fav singer since i was 8!! im now 36 and have seen her many times with go gos and solo..her show in san diego was amazing as always and i danced and sang through the entire show and even drove 3 hours from westlake to sd to see her and it was well worth it!! i enjoyed the venue as well...THANK YOU BELINDA FOR ALL THE MEMORIES!! :)
concert was great....unfortunately, as it goes with most concerts, one instrument almost totally drowned out everything else. just wish band managers/roadies could get it right just once...about half the show you could hear Belinda fine but it is annoying to have to strain to hear singing..but overall it was a good evening.
Belinda is amazing solo and as a GOGO, ive seen gogos 8 times and BC only twice cause she hardly tours here anymore, i know she does alot of solo stuff overseas were she lives, but she needs to come back here wish!! last solo show i saw was at House of Blues Hollywood in 2003, it was awsome i only wish she played another show. :)
