I took my 6 year old to see Beauty and the Beast. It was her 1st "adult" theatre production. She talked about it to her friends for days before. The production was very well directed and casted. The props and scenes were amazing. This has definetly made my 6 year old catch the theatre bug.
I have never been to a play before and this was so much more then i expected. The play really followed the disney movie exactly and the characters were so convincing. Their voices were all so amazing it was very entertaining. Not a dull moment!
This was the fourth time I have seen this play, and I loved it! The cast was great, and before I knew it, my bad day was gone.
It was a wonderful production and great way to spend a Tuesday afternoon.. Due to the production be taken from book/film to stage there were details left out that appeared to be "shoved" into place, but overall a production worth the money and time.
Very engaging. Scenery and actors were right on. Gaston was a riot... Well, until the end.
for being the opening night, everything was great...there was a bit of an issue with the microphone for Gaston, which was a shame, but still could hear his voice at most of those time. It was unexpectedly funny...that was a surprise but very enjoyable. Not sure the younger childern were all the entertained, but as an adult I found it wonderful.
I absolutely loved it. I hadn't seen the movie in a long time and it followed it perfectly. The music was fabulous and it was so flawless. The singers were truly amazing sounded like the sound track... Bravo....
The actors were amazing and talented. They had perfect voices and portrayed their roles well. It was a mixture oF comedy, romance, and drama. Just like the Disney version but so much better because it was live.
Outstanding production. Worth every penny! Lighting and sound was well balanced. The cast was phenomenal!
