BAYSIDE IN CONCERT:

When it comes to high-energy punk rock shows, nobody puts Bayside in a corner. A longtime Vans Warped Tour staple, these guys have consistently proven to be one of the festival's wildest acts, thrilling fans year after year with their precision and showmanship. At this point Bayside is nothing if not a well-oiled machine, and they'll be firing on all cylinders once again on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in Queens in 2000, Bayside took their name from a train station they passed one night en route to a New Found Glory show. After several demo and EP releases in the early '00s, the band signed with Victory Records for their 2004 full-length debut Sirens and Condolences, a hard-charging slice of melodic punk rock that established them as a pop-punk force to be reckoned with.  Their self-titled sophomore album came a year later, followed by The Walking Wounded in 2007 and Shudder in 2008. Hot on the heels of the early-2014 release of their sixth album Cult, Bayside hit the road once again for a string of tour dates with Alkaline Trio and another stint on the Vans Warped Tour.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Bayside totally rocked. I forget how amazing they are live until I see them again. Jack's energy while playing is just insane."

"Bayside blew me away; they are all so musically talented and really have great stage presence."

"When Bayside came on stage the crowd went nuts, almost every person in the room was singing along with the whole setlist."

    Silverstein Amazing!

    by walshwarrior7 on 5/31/11Altar Bar - Pittsburgh

I drove from Cleveland to see Silverstein for the first time and Polar Bear Club for the second time in 3 months. The venue was really cool and I would definitely go back. Silverstein should've been the headliner though since they drew a larger crowd than Bayside. I hope to see Silverstein come back around soon!

    Silverstein and Bayside amazing!

by 10dannyl44 on 4/29/11The Electric Factory - Philadelphia

I am not much for the polar bear club or the swellers but hey were not bad! I really liked to experience texas in July because I had never heard of them before. They were really good. Time Silverstein went on stage seemed so short but its probably because that is the band I wanted to see! I danced my butt off and Silverstein played all of my favorite songs and brought great energy! Bayside was really awsome too! They played really great and I loved that they played devotion and desire which everyone in the crowd really wanted to hear. The whole experience was amazing and I learned that nobody does it like the burgh!

Bayside never fails to deliver. They always sound amazing live. Silverstein was good also. Some of the opening bands were questionable, but overall, awesome show.

    Amazing show

by WCblackbear on 4/25/11The Electric Factory - Philadelphia

I have seen Bayside many times at venues all across the Philly area. This past saturday's show was probably the best. The other bands, Texas in July, The Swellers, and Polar Bear Club, all did a great job getting the energy up for Silverstein and Bayside. All I can say is it was a great show and if they were coming back again tomorrow I would get tickets to watch it all over again. Looking forward to next time.

    AMAZING

by Anonymous on 4/25/11The Electric Factory - Philadelphia

I've seen Bayside seven times now and they never disappoint. The set they played at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia was the best I've seen in five years. The crowd loved them, everyone sang along, and mutual respect for both the audience and the band filled the room. It was amazing. Silverstein was also extremely entertaining. This was my first time seeing them and I was definitely impressed. The venue was also impressive. The lighting and sound were of good quality and event staff did a great job.

    Bayside was THE BEST

by KBQT4L on 1/19/11Water Street Music Hall - Rochester

I was not expecting this show to be that good. But it was amazing...The opening band sucked, but they were local. Terrible Things played next and they were unbelievable. And then it was The Sleeping who I am not a big fan of, but they sound much better live. When Bayside came on it was amazing! They were so loud! It was so much fun...it was the first non-metal concert I've been to where people don't just stand around and stare. Everyone was into it.Oh and Bayside did an encore!

    Highlight of my Life

by 1162011 on 1/19/11Water Street Music Hall - Rochester

The beginning high school band did a great job opening for Bayside. Terrible Things were very enjoyable and should definitely be noticed more by music lovers. The Sleeping got the crowd going and really lifted the atmosphere during the wait for Bayside. When Bayside came out the tension was insane waiting to hear Anthony's voice. Needless to say the stage was up close and personal and the crowd sang every word. The energy in Water Street Music Hall was the best energy I've ever felt at a concert. Anthony took the time to dedicate his songs and even played some old ones which was really nice to hear. This concert was awesome. Every band, every note, every word was worth the wait for months. BAYSIDE YOURE AMAZING. Don't stop making music, ever.

    Bayside @ Northern Lights

by Jenlove14 on 1/16/11Northern Lights - Clifton Park

It was a good show, but it was really hard to enjoy the music while your getting pushed around by dumb people trying to start a mosh pit. I did not enjoy getting stepped on and shoved. I don't think Bayside should let people do that at there shows. and if they really want to, at least make them stay in the front for that. I went to the back of the place so I didn't have to be crushed, and they started another one in the back! so all in all, I am going to think twice about going to another Bayside show, and I really do love Bayside....

    Bayside <3s NY!!

by trinirules on 12/4/10Gramercy Theatre - New York

it was nice to see Bayside, they played a fantastic show for their home crowd. however, my friend who lives in NJ, got to see SENSES FAIL as the headlining act, which is what i was (mistakenly) under the impression that i was doing too! i was disappointed to have spent more time watching Bayside than Senses Fail. for what it is worth, Senses Fail is amazing and (if you haven't yet) you should def see them live! particularly in the small venues they are currently touring, this is not the first, nor last, time that i will see them! also the blender theater at the garmercy is in a cool area, with a great bartender and i'd def go there again!

Great concert!! Senses Fail is awesome

by flipsyde98 on 11/14/10The Regency Ballroom - San Francisco

I went here mainly to watch Senses Fail, but the other groups were good too. Senses Fail did great. I was a little hesitant on going to the concert at first because many people said they weren't as good live, but this was definitely not the case! They did great, and it was well worth it to drive 2 hours to this concert. Only thing is that the speakers were on a little too loud, as my ears were ringing the rest of the night and all through the next day or two as well.
