The Barney Live Show was great except for... all the people that showed up 20-25 minutes late!!! The tix said the show started at 2pm which it did. It was annoying to have tons of people arrive up to 25 minutes late for the show and had to get to their seats in front of us blocking our view. My suggestion to the Fox Theater venue is to post show time on Tix as 2pm, but do not actually start the show until 2:30 to make sure 99% of everyone is there and seated!
Great seats! GREAT Show! Loved it, Loved it, Loved it.
My grandkids were amazed, this is the first time they have ever been to a theater. They loved it, and we will attend another event at the Fox in the near future.
This was the worest show I've seen at the Fox thz sound was poor and the show was not very good
Our daughter with special needs is often hard to engage in activities but was bouncing on the edge of her seat from the minute she saw the poster ad by the parking structure. Priceless to us as Parents to see the joy!
My grandson had a great time dancing and trying to sing the many songs he had already learned from watching hours of Barney videos.
My three year old nephew had a great time. The dancers were high energy and all the performers made sure to wave and say hello to all areas of the theater. They sang all the familiar songs. They also had a nice selection of small toys at a price that was affordable.
Wow, my 2 1/2 year old had the best time of her life. Especially since she is obsessed with Barney. She got to sing-along and dance.the entire show. I was so fortunate to have purchased front row seats, so she got to stand up and had plenty of room to dance. There was always some kind of music or dancing going on through the entire show which kept it fun. The paraphernalia was reasonably priced and of good quality. I would recommend this show to anyone. She enjoyed herself so much, the only thing she wanted to do before we left was to hug Barney right after the "I love you song" because she new it was coming to an end!
The show was about 15 - 20 minutes too long for our 4 yr old granddaughter. It was too much of the same thing. It would have been nice if they would have had a birthday cake come out at the end - that's what kids think of when you say birthday.
Our 3 year old son loved this. I have to say, I enjoyed it, too. Good sing along songs for everyone!
The show was great but the volume was less than desirable. We could not hear what was being said by barney and the entire cast.
My son loved every second of the show! It was very entertaining. The show was the perfect length of time.
I love taking my kids to see shows and they are so excited to go. I have a 3 1/2 yr old girl and a 5 yr old boy. Unfortunately, neither liked it at all! Barney and friends sang and danced in circles for 1 hr. After 1/2 hr, my son asked if we could leave - he didn't like it. It didn't keep my daughter's attention either. I could have spent $150 for Christmas gifts! We will not be attending Barney again. Sorry.
Was expecting Barney to interact with audience more and come off stage. It seemed more like the Bj show. Should have no intermission because kids can't sit and do nothing.we paid for them to be entertained and after intermission my 3 year wanted to run like the wild kids. Should have more than 4 "kids" interchange them and Barney so no one is tired and an intermission wouldn't be needed. Expected more of a variety for Barney merchandise too. Extremely disappointed and overpriced!
My daughter loved the show, but the characters only came down to the rows once and only for a second wish they would have came down more that's why we paid for front row seats. Was upset you couldn't get pics with characters before or after the show I would have paid.
MY DAUGHTER AND ALL THE KIDS AROUND HER WERE TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME, BUT THE STAFF WOULDNT ALLOW IT. THEY WERE YELLING AT THE KIDS AND PARENTS NON-STOP. IT WAS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. THE SHOW WAS OKAY, MY DAUGHTER HAD A GOOD TIME BUT SERIOUSLY... YELLING AT ALL THE KIDS FOR DANCING AROUND AND HAVING FUN? THE KIDS COULDNT SEE OVER THE SEATS SO THEY WERE EITHER STANDING ON PARENTS LAPS OR ON THE CHAIRS WITH PARENTS ASSISTANCE AND THE STAFF WOULD COME UP AND YELL AT THEM. GIVE ME A BREAK... ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS. LET THE KIDS BE KIDS AND HAVE FUN
We saw the show at the Peranni Arena in Flint, MI. The lights did not work for the show and we were given the option of a refund before the show began. My daughter would not understand going home without seeing Barney, so leaving was not an option. Despite the arena lights remaining on during the show, I did notice the stage lighting missing from the show. My daughter enjoyed the songs even though some were updated. The show interactive and fun. I would recommend the show to anyone.
I loved the show. It was very interactive and kept the kids' attention. My 3 yr.old enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely go back to another Barney show in the future.
My 3rd old daughter loved it!! She won't stop talking about it. She loved that Barney came off the stage and walked right in front of us. She loved it. I kinda hate to admit it, but my husband and I enjoyed it as well :)
