Reviews

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 based on 3460 reviews
  • Fun band, great combo of openers, nice venue

by Scott O on 6/18/25The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Booked this because I've been trying to see bands before they disappear. Told my adult daughter, and before I knew it, 3 of my 4 adult kids and their SOs had tickets in the row behind us. On Father's Day! And then Kid #1 showed up too in the end! We basically raised them all on BNL on the car radio whether we wanted to or not. Guster as a "special guest"was a special attraction for me, as I adore them and had the chance to introduce the family to them. Fastball is a good solid rock band with a couple of solid hits. All in all, perfect summer lineup--and for once the weather cooperated too. (Daughter and I had been in the venue a week prior and froze our a$$ets off for Alison Krauss -- 50 degrees and rain!) Venue is under-rated--clean, efficient free parking, entrance gates, friendly volunteer ushers, food trucks & concessions, fine sightlines and acoustics--as long as you're willing to drive 75-90 minutes from Mpls/St.Paul.

  • Guster and Kara

by Theschwartz on 6/18/25The Astro Amphitheater - La VistaRating: 5 out of 5

Went for Guster. They played a great set but could have been longer. Missed Fastball entirely due to early start. BNL were funny and sounded great. Their cover of Highway to Hell was highlight of show with encore . Met another amazing Guster fan at show! Kara let's do lunch or something at Haymarket!

  • Great time

by Kevin on 6/17/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

Was pleasantly surprised with one of the opening acts. A band called Guster played before The Bare Naked Ladies and although they have been together for 30 years, I hadn’t heard of them. But they were very entertaining and a really good warmup to the main event! And then I again was surprised at how well the guy’s of Bare Naked Ladies could still sing! Excellent performance and an all around great evening!

  • FUN and exciting!!

by Tuneweplay on 6/17/25The Astro Amphitheater - La VistaRating: 5 out of 5

As expected - what an enjoyable evening! I absolutely adore Barenaked Ladies as artists. A definite must see live! I appreciate how they are real people, mix it up, joke together, engage their audience and have FUN.

  • did not appreciate AI visual effects

by lanie on 6/17/25Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre - CharlotteRating: 3 out of 5

the concert was fantastic!!! but the AI visual effects from BNL was distracting, disappointing and overall lazy. It’s frustrating to see musical artists using shortcuts that put visual artists out of jobs and doing “art” that does so much environmental damage as well. Guster would never though i love them.

  • BNL is the most fun you’ll have in a concert

    by BroadWay82 on 6/16/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

We’ve seen BNL twice now for our 21st and 22nd wedding anniversaries and are now have been taking our son and his wife! With each show, they get better and better. These guys are so much fun, have so much fun energy and appeal to such a wide variety of music lovers. It’s so much fun watching the guys and their music evolve as we all get older, too. Thanks for another amazing night!

  • Barenaked Ladies (and friends) are amazing!

    by Peter B. on 6/16/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

Okay, I'll admit this, I took my wife to the concert because she is a huge fan of The Big Bang Theory, and the opening song for the show, was the only song I remembered from the band (or so I thought). I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong! Fastball was the first opening act and they got the crowd going. Bringing back great memories of the songs I have been listening to for decades but not thinking about the band that sang the songs. The Fastball show was like being reunited with old friends. The second act was Guster. Not only have I never heard of them but asking around those around us, nobody heard of them, but Fastball had us pumped and we wanted to keep the energy flowing. Guster didn't disappoint us. From start to finish they had the audience in the palm of their hands. We became instant fans. Then Barenaked Ladies walked onto the stage and I kid you not! The rain clouds that were rolling in suddenly disappeared! BNL cranked up the energy and put on one of the best concerts I have seen in years. From the eyecatching graphics that they somehow synced up perfectly to the singer, to mashing classic songs together, creating something new from something old. I don't want to be specific with this review about the show because if are still reading this, and if you have never been to a BNL concert, you need to see them. You won't forget it or regret it, and now we don't skip the opening scene of The Big Bang Theory anymore. We crank it up!

  • AWSOME SHOW-GREAT PERFORMERS

by Kathleen on 6/16/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

This show as great, they plaid alot of music (new, old, theirs, not theirs, etc). At the end they did a mix of all 3 bands which was superb

  • Great Concert

by Sherri on 6/16/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

  • A fantastic time

by Mike on 6/16/25The Chicago Theatre - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

We had a blast seeing BNL, Fastball, and Guster. All three bands put on a heck of a show. the venue was great. It was easy to get in and out. Bathroom lines were insanely long, though.

  • FUN FUN FUN

by Jenny on 6/14/25The Chicago Theatre - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

BNL is absolutely the most fun band to see live! Down to earth, regular guys who are hilarious and also happen to be fantastic musicians!!

  • Blast from the past

by Blondie on 6/14/25The Chicago Theatre - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Fastball, Guster and BNL were great! What a sing-along, fun night it was. Also appreciated the tributes to Brian Wilson, RIP. If I see these bands playing in my vicinity I’ll definitely be going again.

  • Don’t miss it!

  • Consistently An Amazing Show

    by Uki_mama on 6/13/25PNC PAVILION - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

Just saw BNL with Guster in Cincinnati. They NEVER disappoint! The show was everything a summer concert should be - fun, fun, fun! Not only are they talented musicians but their showmanship and creativity are the best. Nothing says summer like a BNL show. It’s not to be missed.

  • Always a great time!

by Punkichick on 6/13/25PNC PAVILION - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

The Barenaked Ladies ALWAYS put on a great show. The songs, the stage presence, and the sound are always top notch. I have brought friends who were just “familiar” with the band and their performance always turns them into true fans. I will continue to attend their shows and convert more people into fans.

  • Experience

100% recommend. You will definitely be in for laughter!

  • Not bad but not great

by ALG on 6/11/25Pier Six Pavilion - BaltimoreRating: 3 out of 5

I won my tickets off a local baltimore radio station. I live in Pennsylvania and had to pick up my mom for the show who lives in the area. So we were on time for 8p. Originally, the set up was for Guster to perform first, then Fastball, and last Barenaked Ladies. Some how the lineup changed between Fastball and Guster and with that the times starting were earlier as well. I honestly don't know Guster's music but I had really wanted to see Fastball before and with the change in times, we missed their performance and I was very upset about this. Then to add more frustration, I wasnt aware of the time change and was getting food from the vendors and missed the opening of Barenaked Ladies. I think this show was poorly organized and I hope in the future it goes better. They performed great but it wasnt the best show I've seen.

  • Best concert EVER!

by Tj on 6/11/25Pier Six Pavilion - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was so entertaining, visually stunning, very fun and seeing their talent live was incredible! The venue needs to give more room to the front rows. The seats were super close together and knees hit the chair in front of us and I'm 5'7". Wonderful being up close, but wish seats were more comfortable.
