Love the new song...Should open the show! Don't let the bass player sing.
Great show. Fantastic venue. Wish there were more concerts I was interested in. $45 for a double vodka drink is a bit outrageous. But what can you do.
I've been dreaming of seeing them for years. I finally convinced family to go with me. Dispite the rain, we stuck it out to hear some of my favorite songs, only to hear about 3 songs on older albums, or covers of songs they sang. I left extremely disappointed, and as if the hour and a half drive wasnt worth it. Sadly, I won't be buying tickets to them again, as I can listen to them on my phone, or CD player, and get a better experience:(
Ok so I grew up listening to Barenaked ladies and let me tell you that this concert was one of the best times that I have had seeing them I have seen them in the past and this concert was so much fun the energy that those guys have is incredible. I mean they even took the 10:00 curfew into account unfortunately I wish they could have played for longer they have a ton of hits that they did not get to do because of the curfew. All in all in was a great show I loved every minute of it including the two opening acts Del Amitri and Five For Fighting. I cannot say enough good things about that night.
Great music. Great Venue. The Barenaked Ladies were very entertaining and fun. Five For Fighting and Del Amitri were also great and it was awesome when they all came out to play together at the end.
The Barenaked Ladies out in a great show as always. Loved the opening acts as well. Pier 17 is an outstanding venue. Amazing views of NYC! Looking forward to many more concerts here.
The opening band’s, Del Amitri and Five for Fighting, were great. I didn’t know many of the songs, but even those I did not know were beautiful. It was amazing when Five for Fighting had everybody stand up and sing Bohemian Rhapsody. So much fun. But let me tell you, when the Barenaked Ladies came out, the fun really got started. They were so clearly happy to be there. The songs from the new album were joyful and hopeful. They talk to the audience and really connected. They had people dancing. They were dancing and playing so many different instruments. They played songs from other artists. It was just fun fun and fun. They sounded great, maybe the best concert I’ve been to.
A family friendly event and we all had a great time! Never can trust the weather, but the rain didn’t stop the show for even a minute. BNL put on an awesome show!
BNL - fun concert, great venue, best music. Come back!
Let’s start off with Barenaked Ladies are always very entertaining. This was my first time at Artpark didn’t know what to expect. If you are expecting a nice venue where everyone can see the stage this is not the place. Rolling hills and there are parts of the park where the stage is not visible at all. You can bring a chair's but can only use them in designated areas. Go early to get a good seat. If it is sunny there is no shade so come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are anywhere from $10-12 which I thought was reasonable. Sound was decent. 2 entrance so if you have mobility problems go to the lower entrance off 4th street. The other entrance is a lot of stairs. Apparently the sound is better at the upper entrance though. Prices for tickets are very reasonable and I am sure it’s because the venue isn’t the best but you can hear from anywhere.
The concert was great but the general admission area was way overcrowded.
We had a great time at this show... Mother Nature spit a little bit of rain on us, but for the most part she let us enjoy a wonderful evening of fun, music and community! Thank you to all the staff and volunteers for making the night such a success! ALL 3 bands performed terrifically! Thank you Barenaked Ladies, Five for Fighting and Del Amitri for entertaining ALL of us! Artpark is always a great place to enjoy a show and the Town of Lewiston is one of the most charming places to visit with an "old town"feel with lots of cool little shops and restaurants to visit!
I’ve seen BNL numerous times and they never disappoint and this time wasn’t any different. Even rained for a bit and I wouldn’t think of leaving. One of my favorite groups to see live. Music is great! The banter is great! And they seem to have so much fun performing. I love the singalongs, too!! Would see them every week if I could. Love, love, love!!
BNL plays a great set list with alot of audience interaction. Be prepared to dance and sing at the top of your lungs for the entire show. Great, high energy fun!
Artpark over seats their occupancy by letting people who bring chairs in way too early and get priority to the lawn. More people were stuck standing without virw to the stage than could actually fit on the lawn. Terrible.
This was everything it was hyped up to be. Great band, great crowd, great venue.
Barenaked Ladies is just such a fun band. It’s obvious they enjoy being together and performing. Great concert!
We had so much fun. The BNL put on an amazing show. They are extremely enjoyable. Laughed and smile during the whole show, even in the pouring rain.
We had such a wonderful time! Love the audience participation and their interaction with the audience!
Great vibe and energy and always a different show when you see BNL. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys even 1 of their songs.
