This show was stunning and ethereal! I cannot wait to see the rest of Ballet Nouveau's season 2012!

We absolutely loved the music and interpretation from the dancers. All of the musicians were wonderful to watch as they played numerous instruments with such oneness. The vocalists' melodic harmonization was utterly gorgeous. The dancers were fantastic in their own demonstration of perfection. We especially enjoyed any time Marian Faustino, Brandon Freeman and Sarah Tallinn were dancing - either as partners or in their solos! The artistic directors were our second love of this work. For the first time in all the times we've been to an opera, a ballet, or dance show of any kind, their kindness, gratitude to all and personal attention shown in the lobby afterwards was very touching, lovely and sincere. They are both humble and truly genuine people and the night brought back the reasons we attend art events in whatever city we visit.

The pairing of Ballet Nouveau and Paper Bird was inspired.

I am a huge fan of paper bird. However I had never seen a ballet before. I had no idea what to expect but watching this performance put tears into my eyes by how moving it was.

We love BNC and have been patrons since 2004. We were very excited to see BNC in this wonderful venue, but found the performance fairly flat. We both found ourselves watching the band more than the dancing. Time to freshen up! Best wishes to this amazing company. Bob
