About
With over three decades on the scene, Bad Religion are iconic stalwarts of the Southern California punk movement. Comprised of equal parts musicianship, rancor and intelligence, the band is known for their onslaught of well-crafted, finely executed songs of social commentary and sardonic wit. Tickets to their live concerts bear the holder witness to relentless, rapid-fire sets that span the breadth of their career, including entertaining diatribes of insight from frontman Greg Graffin. Their 2013 European tour featured over 40 concert dates across 15 countries, treating fans to extended sets of their decade-spanning catalog. Following the release of 2013's True North, which garnered positive reviews and peaked at No. 19 on the Billboard 200, the band kept fans guessing with the release of Christmas Songs, an album of holiday covers done in the band's signature spitfire style.
Since their inception in the early '80s, Bad Religion has remained vital to the identity of punk and hardcore. Their gold-certified 1994 album Stranger Than Fiction is a classic of the genre, gaining the band widespread attention and their first bana fide hit with the prescient "21st Century (Digital Boy)." In 2002 the band released The Process of Belief, garnering another round of praise from critics for hit single "Sorrow." With a whopping 17 studio albums and two live albums, Bad Religion has achieved commercial success without compromising their upstart ideals, and a legion of dedicated fans looks forward to their 2014 tour dates.

This was by far the greatest show that I have seen. They played so many great songs and even a new one Resist Stance which was totally amazing and classic Bad Religion style. They will continue to be my favorite band because their lyrics and message and style cannot be beat. Thank you Bad Religion!!!!!
Rating: 5 out of 5by IRLND on 3/22/10House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim D.I. was pretty good since I never heard them before. Bad Religion was awesome like usual. It was my son's (9yrs old) first concert and liked Bad Religion. It was a little warm inside, they could've turned up the air a little with all the people inside but other than that we like going to HOB Anaheim.

by DeeRow on 3/19/10House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimAmazing show, Bad Religion rocked....too bad HOB sucks...no seats, lots of people, expensive beers... But well worth it to see Bad Religion at a small venue. Not into Death by Stereo so they sucked and the opener wasnt worth mentioning...
Rating: 5 out of 5 Always a fan...
by kmward3 on 3/19/10House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimI have listened to Bad Religion since I can remember, which I am 30 now, so..... quite a while. I have gone to many shows in different states and they never fail to dissapoint. Always filled with energy and spirit, they continue to rock year after year. It is really something to be said when a band is just as good live as they are on their album. As long as they continue to play shows, I will be there. NEVER STOP!!! 30 years and still going strong... I wave your flag (t) with my head held high-- I'm going for a walk...

by Anonymous on 3/19/10House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimIf you can get tix to see their 30th Anniversary tour at HOB, then DO IT. You won't regret it. The small venue makes for a very personal experience with the band. Even if you're just a casual fan, you owe it to yourself to see this band live. As great as they are on the radio, Bad Religion is exponentially better live.

by Anonymous on 3/19/10House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimAs always the show was great. Bad Religion sounds as good today as they did 30 yeras ago. The only negative thing is I think it was over sold by at least 100 people.
Rating: 5 out of 5by ClosetPunker on 3/18/10House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim They may be pushing 50 and graying, but they can still pump an audiance like they did back in 1984, when I first became a loyal follower. The energy, in the mosh pit, was amazing! Would definitely go back in a few weeks when they return to Anaheim, but I don't know if my 40yo ears could handle it... They're still ringing. Most of the audiance was still in dipers in 1984. It was a young crowd. If my fellow Rocket Scientist colleagues knew, they would definitely not approve ;)
