We had such a great time! DSB and Wanted were amazing as usual. The only problem I had with the event is that the employees that were there really had no idea what was going on. We were sent to the wrong room twice and they just didn't seem interested at all. Other than that, it was a fun event, once we got to the room we wanted to be in.
Talking Stick resort was top class with the arrangement and set up of this New Years party. The acts were awesome and the venue was excellent. I wish they offered more drinks (we received 6 with the ticket purchase) but other than that it was a great experience. If you don't like to wait in long lines for drinks and pay cover to every bar you go to on NYE, this is the venue for you. Considering it again for next year if I don't go out of town.
Three venues with different music for each - the DJ for younger people, the Disco for those slightly older and the tribute bands. We didn't spend a lot of time at the DJ - not bad music, just not our thing. The tribute bands venue was always crowded, and the Bon Jovi tribute band was excellent. The disco was fun and we danced there a lot. 6 drinks a person was more than enough, and there was never a waiting line in the restrooms. Champagne and a ballon drop at midnight were included. Overall a good time. I thought it was a little overpriced, but only because we didn't drink as much as was included or spend as much time at the tribute band section.
The event on Ticketmaster stated the price included 6 drinks. There was no indication from in the advertisement that a braclet was needed to receive the 6 drinks or where to go to receive the bracelet. The bar did not know about the free drinks therefore, we paid for the drinks. Aslo, it was not indicated which room to enter to receive the champagne drinks. Since we were not at the correct room, we did not receive the champagne drinks.
old age group, some smelled of soiled diapers. drinks were reasonable at $6, the music varied from Bon Jovi cover band - was ok even if like me you dont care for bon jovi songs. then there was some 70's funk which was the largest room. then there was the electro music room, which had most of the young people. the music was average, pandora would have been more energetic and keep the energy flowing. overall mostly average people there but no fights and most people were well behaved. I'de never go back because its a terrible indian casino with all that you expect that comes with it
Was well managed and was a lot of fun!! We had a very good time!
ONE OF THE BADDEST MF OF ALL TIME, House and break beat with scratching mixed by the master. KOOL as a snowflake!
Awesome concert! Awesome venue. would have been nice to be able to sit down. Legends is the the word. A must see!
