    Not what I expected

by Dee on 2/24/24State Theatre - Minneapolis

The cast held up which fish they were supposed to be so you could see their faces. I thought at least they would have had costumes on so the kids didn't see faces and know they weren't real. My daughter now keeps asking me why they were people and not fishys. How do you explain that? Really sad that I took my daughter to this. They could have spent the money and bought the mascot costumes to t least make it look somewhat real.

Too complicated a story line for 2 -4 year olds

by Diane on 2/22/24State Theatre - Minneapolis

My 2 year old grandaughter would have loved to have heard shark costumed actors singing a continuous 1 hour loop of the Baby Shark song. Instead, she lost interest after 10 minutes because: 1. actors were holding stuffed animals and wearing black leotards instead of being costumed as sharks 2. The story line was complicated for someone with a limited vocabulary. The targeted audience was more like the 5 - 9 year old crowd. I should not have been required to buy a ticket for a 2 year old.

    A fun and colorful show

    by John on 2/19/24

Our kids had a great time at this show, singing and dancing along with the characters and booing at the villain. It's a real Broadway-style show with great live performers and visuals, the plot has a lot going on, overall it was really fun and entertaining.

    My daughter loved it

by Aaron on 2/17/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

The seating was misleading I thought I had purchased front row seats only to shown to the balcony. The price point of the tickets didn't make sense. Overall my daughter loved the show she just wanted more of the sea monster.

    Extremely disappointing

    by Beth on 2/16/24

We went into this thinking it would be slightly annoying for the adults (thought it would be nonstop Babyshark and all the Pinkfong songs) but it was worse than that. Only a few minutes in my 3.5year old asked when we could leave. The plot was hard to follow - poor sound quality. They didn’t play the baby shark song until the finale and even then they did an abbreviated version. Overall the show was overpriced and not entertaining for our two baby shark loving toddlers. Wouldn’t recommend this show to anyone.

    Money trap uninterested crowd.

by JL on 2/13/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

Plot baby can’t follow. Poor sound. Intermission at 30 min to get you to buy overpriced junk. Kids bored and leaving early.

    Super fun

by Angel Smith on 2/13/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

It was a great live play for all my children. The only thing I didn’t like was how expensive the concessions were.

    Been there done that!

by VannyF on 2/12/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

The show: Characters and costumes were great. Show was not what I expected for the target market. Disappointed to wait until the end to hear the Baby Shark song. Bubble guns made for slick floors and the kids were out of control. Up, runny, climbing over seats. A free for all. Won’t be going again. Anxiety overload.

    Just ok

by Dodo on 2/12/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

The Show was cute.. gorgeous vibrant visuals but audio was not that great. The show didn’t seem to capture the smaller children’s attention and most of them ended up in front of the stage running around with their bubble blowers. I was especially sensitive to this because my two year-old granddaughter was one of them that was down there :-) it seemed a bit chaotic.

    Not what I expected

by LT on 2/12/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

They didn’t sing any songs the kids knew. It would have been better if they just sang the baby shark song instead of trying to do a Broadway show the kids didn’t understand. I paid for the “meet and greet” to get pictures with a baby shark that just stood there. You need someone with more personality to play that part so the kids would enjoy it!

    So much fun!

by PS on 2/12/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

My 2 year old absolutely loved this. He’s baby sharks biggest fan and he was so happy to be able to meet his favorite guy, baby shark!! The meet & greet was amazing, everyone was so kind to us and my son. We loved being able to actually spend time saying hi, giving high fives, hugs and just hanging out a bit instead of being rushed away. He had a great time and that’s what matters to me. Thank you all SO MUCH for making the experience everything we had hoped for.

    Toddlers = tiny drunk people

by Mommy Shark on 2/12/24Wexner Center Mershon Auditorium - Columbus

The experience was fun but I didn’t watch much of the show-I was chasing after a toddler as most parents were. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her $35 bubble wand & running all around. Everyone’s kids were acting like tiny drunk monsters running for the merchant table & trying to rip items from the table which was pretty entertaining. That being said the cast did a great job, I think the sound was almost too quiet for the venue though!

    A colorful must-see!

    by Taylor on 2/12/24

The show exceeded my expectations. It has a great storyline that empowers kids all while getting them singing and dancing along. The cast is very talented with great voices and stage presence. It felt like a Broadway show. Highly recommend.

    Not full costumes

by sau on 2/6/24Orpheum Theatre Sioux City - Sioux City

Dissapointed, my kiddo thought they would be in full costume, not wearing a harness with a fish attached to it. Other than that it was a good show, just disappointed about the lack of costumes.
