    Fantastic

by Matt on 6/17/19Radio City Music Hall - New York

He discussed the sexual misconduct story head on, which was great to hear, and covered an entertaining range of topics with humor and joy

Great show minus the performance delay

by R. K. on 5/18/19The Palace Theatre Albany - Albany

The show was great. I enjoyed the opening act and Aziz himself - my only complaint was it started 35 minutes late.

    Disappointing

by Sara on 5/18/19The Palace Theatre Albany - Albany

For the price of admission, this show was really a waste. Aziz was clearly spooked by his problematic date and has turned to lecture instead of comedy. Very disappointing. Equally disappointing was the venue staff hounding patrons about their cellphones BEFORE the show. They spent an unnecessary amount of time running around and threatening everyone about getting kicked out when a pre-show announcement and monitoring during the performance would have been easier on the staff and more palatable for the patrons. Just a really disappointing night all around, especially for the cost and the hassle of arranging childcare.

    Opener was great

by B. on 5/18/19The Palace Theatre Albany - Albany

Opening act was hilarious, but I didn’t laugh for the first time until about 40 mins into the main act

    Disappointed - not funny

by M on 5/1/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

I loved Aziz when I saw him years ago, so I was excited to see him again. I didn’t even chuckle once. Multiple boring and disingenuous stories re racism. Felt like he was trying to manufacture a moment instead of just being funny and real and true to himself. Also, at Stifel in STL, the logistics around putting your phone in a bag were super slow & disorganized, so we missed Matteo.

Great Comedic Show in a TERRIBLE venue!

by UnsatisfiedWithStifelTheatre on 5/1/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

I hate to have to deduct a star from the performer but this venue shows it's ugliness throughout this event. First of all, we arrived around 7 o'clock for the 7:30 show to a line that wrapped down the block and snaked back and forth a few times. The tickets stated "no late seating" so the anxious was not fun while they struggled to get people inside the doors. The venue was HEAVILY understaffed and every employee we encountered was less knowledgeable than the previous one. Getting in the doors was a slow struggle and the Yondr pouches were being brought over as people were entering the venue while they were still closed so each pouch had to be opened by an employee and then they would take your device and insert it into the pouch and lock it before handing it back to you; I have been to other venues using the same pouches and Stifel was SUPER inefficient with this process. Then once we had our smart devices back ( about 8:15), we found our way up to where we thought our section was with the poor signage to only find out that they were already introducing the 2nd opening act so we completely missed the 1st. We waited in a large group of people at the portal to be seated since the house lights had been turned off and there was ABSOLUTELY NO visible signage to see what row and section we were actually waiting near. There was 1 older usher who was showing people to their seats with a flashlight who was next to useless. When Aziz was introduced, it became a complete free for all as everyone scattered to attempt to find their seats and we just started asking people who were already seated what section and row they were in. About 10 minutes into Aziz's set, the usher was attempting to show someone their seat and came up to our row started talking loudly to us asking what row and seat the person on the aisle was in (seat 12) and he proceeded to ask the person where seat 15 was, only to realize that he was showing someone to the wrong section. This was an overall disaster from an attendee's view point from how Stifel Theatre handled the performance but I would highly recommend anyone to see Aziz Ansari if you get the chance. He seems more serious and tells more stories compared to his previous stand up specials which seemed more joke based and less serious.

So funny from start to finish but ...

by Dj on 4/30/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

So funny from start to finish eve with two openers but the pre communications were a bit much—can’t be late even though the show started late and can’t have phone but must have phone for tix. So have to lack up phone. Btw they made us exit with our phones still locked so had to go back in. The quality of the show was worth it but no one else that’s come to town has used this process for phones so it seemed like massive overkill.

    Boring

by Dyogee on 4/30/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

We walked out after 30-45 minutes out of sheer boredom. His starting acts were funnier. He's still doing jokes about Osama Bin Laden.

    A masterclass in funny.

by JonTheBruce on 4/30/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

A masterclass in funny. First off, Aziz needs to eat a sandwich. He is a little too skinny. Second, he is funny. This show is so tight. So Funny. So on point. It is totally worth putting your phone down for an hour or two. If you have an apple watch, slide up from the bottom and select the crescent moon to put your watch in Do Not Disturb.

    I love Aziz!

by Randers on 4/30/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

Aziz was so smart and funny. I especially loved the first half of the show, all of his stuff on performative wokeness is totally on the spot. As for the venue--it took a really long time to process everyone through security. People were still getting seated well into both opening acts and even the beginning of the headliner. Maybe they should have opened the doors sooner?

    Unorganized venue, low energy Aziz

by MB on 4/30/19Stifel Theatre - St. Louis

This show was worth about half of the face value of the tickets sold for it. Aziz seemed to be working on material more than delivering well thought out and polished bits. He never really hit his stride during this show but did show glimmers of the typical Aziz. It was disappointing to see him like this. The venue was horrendous. The Abrams garage was a complete disaster with the process to get in. The attendant would scan the ticket, the garage door would open, car would enter, door would close. Rinse, repeat. This process took a few minutes per car, and for an event with a long line of cars trying to park, its unacceptable. Once outside the venue in line, it was clear something else was amiss. Usually the lines are quick and efficient for shows at Stifel, but not this time. Once we were scanned in, it was obvious the Yondr pouch policy to lock your phone was at fault here. This was also a disaster when leaving the show, they didn't have enough attendants to quickly unlock phones and keep the lines moving. Now for the worst part. Stifel sent several emails prior to the show and also printed on the tickets that there would be no late seating. This policy was a joke, because I had attendants in front of me throughout the show seating late guests, even during Aziz's performance. It was very distracting from the show.

    Fun Night!

by Z. B. on 4/29/19DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

Had a great time at the show! Only complaint was Aziz was talking low at certain points in the show, so if anyone heckled or spike it was hard to understand what he was saying. Great show though!
