The show was super long for my 7 year old. The half point animal riding lines was very long and the second half of the circus didnt start until almost and hour later. Because their was so many people waiting to ride the elephants. The seats were small and dont support someone will extra weight on them. The price for one 16oz bottle of water $5. was ridiculous. Overall it was ok for my first circus experience.
We went to the circus as 2 adults. It had all the stuff the circus would have but a lot of kiddie filler.
My child really enjoyed the whole event especially the big panda and bear :) Missing traditional rope swing in the circus.
Such a fun day with the family. My 2 grandsons had so much fun and that look of amazement on their faces watching all those performing in the 3 rings. They especially liked the white tigers and the elephants and of course the transformer car and super heroes!! Great circus for a very good cause!!!
The experience with my daughter and her daddy was awesome. We had good food, were around nice people, and saw a amazing show. Can’t wait to go back.
The circus was amazing! My 12 and 9 year as well as myself loved it. It was very interactive. Thank you giving us an awesome circus experience!!!
this was a wonderful event for my family to come and watch the Shirne Circus never disappoints.
The circus was so much fun!! Each act kept us all entertained!!
We sat in General Admission in section 120. We had good seats. It seemed a bit excessive to have the animal rides, jumpy things and face painting up until the last possible minute and then again to bring it all out for intermission. They were constantly telling you how much it was over the loud speaker, $20 for elephants, $10 for all other attractions. The show was ok but not as high caliber as Ringling Bros. The tigers came out first and there was no real introduction of the ring master until after the tigers which seemed odd. They just deflated the jumping things but didn't ever roll them off the floor so they looked messy near our seats. People came in late and huge groups were blocking our view of the tigers while they stood in the aisles and talked and negotiated with other people sitting down as well as ushers which was inconsiderate of us who were already seated. The show was ok but I wouldn't pay for assigned seats. Just get there early enough and there were plenty of seats. They tack on extra fees for taxes and venue fees so the tickets were much more than $9. Also $10 to park, but at least it was close parking and got right out no problem. Suggest bringing your own light up toy to avoid paying for those too. My daughter threw up later in the middle of the night from the popcorn too, fyi.
I am glad we didn’t spend more on our tickets. The seats were disgusting, all of the concessions were way over priced for a local venue, you would have thought we were at a pro football game. The circus itself was very disorganized and lackluster to say the least. They were more interested in gauging everyone with the animal rides during intermission so half of the Circus was inturrepted by set up/breakdown. All in all my kids had a good time but it felt steep for the quality of the performance and condition of the venue.
Wow! I wish the circus was this good when I was a kid!! With that being said this was geared towards a very young audience with kid songs and Petting zoo incorporated and can also ride elephants during intermission. I took my wife and we had a good time. We will go again.
We loved the show!! Our 4 year old and one year old both had a great time! Our oldest rode a pony and an elephant!!! It was a blast! The tigers, ariel artists, the dogs, the jugglers and the human canon ball, were all so worth the ticket price!! The animal rides were extra, but our oldest really loved both rides!
Have not been to a traditional circus in 30+ years. Brought back a lot of memories. First time my wife had ever been and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and show.
They really new how to put on a show with new things and old. Really good job!!
The show was cheesy. They have great people doing the dangerous stunts who deserve to be in a bigger role.
All 5 grandkids & 4 adults LOVED IT!! Very impressed with the entire venue & show!
the circus was very entertaining and we really enjoyed the show.
Great show with everything I remember from old with some new twist.
The Shrine Circus did not live up to my expectations. While there were great acts, it seemed to move slowly. Plus, I was very disappointed that there were so many restrictions on bringing in HEALTHY snacks and WATER for my grandchildren. They don't drink soda and I don't feel I should have to pay $5-6 for a bottle of water after I've already unloaded $129 for tickets!
