Thom Yorke, Nigel Godrich, Flea, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco collectively known as Atoms For Peace have announced the first dates of a U.S. tour this fall. The shows follow in the wake of the band’s new album AMOK (XL Recordings) entering the U.S. chart at #2 and are its first since the 2009-2010 debut tour during which it played Yorke’s 2006 solo album The Eraser in its entirety.
The newly announced dates include headlines at New York’s Barclay Center and the Hollywood Bowl as well as stops in Washington DC and Chicago before concluding October 17 at the Santa Barbara Bowl.

When I first heard that Yorke and Flea were getting together, I was a bit skeptical, but then I saw videos and realized that they meshed well. Then I saw them live, along with Nigel and the rest of the band and realized how much of a musical genius Yorke is by putting this group together. They play together really well and have amazing chemistry. The percussionists, I feel, drive this band and glue it all together. Flea is the raw energy of the band, Nigel (even he started to rock out with Flea at one point!) is the atmospheric aspect of the band, and Thom, well, Thom is the mastermind of the band. It was really a sight to see and a performance to witness and if you're going to this tour, you cannot miss Flying Lotus either! Amazing performance.
this is one of the best shows i have ever seen. i have been to hundreds of shows. this one was excting, simple, electric, awesome!! the energy was great!! can't wait to see them again!
Thom Yorke is amazing. The light display was also pretty innovative. Thom Yorke jumped around the stage as Flea slapped the bass. It was awesome.
Throughout the entire concert, I stood there with my jaw dropped. I've seen Thom Yorke and Radiohead numerous times, but this was intimate. He was singing to me. He was great to watch with Atoms for peace and I look forward to their new album.
These guys were just GREAT!!! The music... oh the music. That's what i call EARGASM! Thank You for a great show!!
Some new titles. Some great Yorke songs. A little Radiohead. Great Show!
really outstanding. incredible light show too. i would go again.
Tom Yorke is amazing! Most of the songs are not Radiohead songs, but its good music!
i personally have never seen either radiohead or rhcp live so it was a great experience to see thom and flea perform. i also think its rather amazing to see this kind of music performed live. it sounds very electronic on recordings, but you see its all instrumental. so cool to watch. thom did two solo songs, one on guitar and one on piano (everything in its right place). both awesome. what can you say when you see music like this in a small venue? i was blown away. not to mention i had a cold so i talked the doorman into letting me into VIP. nice add on! some other rock legends in the house. Michael Stipe (REM), one of the dudes from The Talking Heads. Also spotted Paul Rudd. Overall great experience, even with the cold. I feel much better today!
Flea's bass absolutely rocked. Band sounds like they've been together forever. Applause for two ticket, show your credit card and id admission policy -- wave of the future, that. Some time in my lifetime, the tall people won't all need to stand in the front!
Superb show, although the venue was too crowded to move around, the show was absolutely amazing
Unbelievable showcasing of pure, natural talent. These boys performed the best show i've seen since...Radiohead's last tour.
Atoms for Peace was out of control. Thom Yorke knows exactly how to keep the audience interested and into the music with his crazy moves and fun attitude. Most people at the show were real nice. Roseland Ballroom just isn't the best place for people under 6 feet tall (I'm 5'3") because it's impossible to see anything if you're not in the front row!
I am a major fan... so just being in the building was a gift... Very difficult to see the stage standing on the floor with no screens. . Was lucky to get up to the balcony!!! to see the boys . Thom is just an amazing entertainer and looked like he was having a great time. The band was great . Loved hearing Eraser and RH stuff. Wish I could return tonite for show 2. anxious to see the play list .. Thrilled they did "feeling pulled apart by horses" !! :):):):):):):):)
Tight, fun, loud. They did a good job reproducing The Eraser. Hard to understand Thom at times when speaking. Flea was fun to watch, and Thom is one funky dancer!
Thom Yorke and Co. never disappoints. Incredible show! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
The show was a lot of fun - you could really tell the guys were enjoying themselves up there. It was great to see Thom a bit more relaxed and playful with the crowd; he seemed really responsive and accessible in the setting. All the songs were performed brilliantly with great energy and intrumentation. And of course, Flea was a lot of fun to watch rock OUT. Great dynamic, great show. Highly recommended!
Roseland is an amazing venue. Nice and intimate. There are even a row of seats up against the wall, which is nice if you don't feel like being pushed and having sweaty bodies brushing up against you all night. I have never seen Radiohead, but Thom Yorke definitely won my respect. To see him and Flea jumping around on stage and vibing off of eachothers guitars was priceless. At times I felt like Thom was channeling his inner raver. The fans were pretty tame in the general admission standing area on the floor.
Just amazing. Thom Yorke is a GOD, his music is beatiful.
