For over two decades, Atmosphere has maintained a course of rigorous output, releasing over two dozen studio albums, EP's and collaborative side projects in as many years. In that time, the venerated duo have built a legacy out of bringing honesty, humility and vulnerability to the forefront of their music, continually challenging themselves to evolve without straying too far from their roots. Slug has proven masterful at storytelling and writing compelling narratives, leaving a trail of his own influence while paying homage to the rappers and songwriters that helped shape him. Ant has skillfully molded the soundtracks with inspiration from soul, funk, rock, reggae, and the wizardry of hip-hop's pioneering DJ's and producers, creating his own trademark sounds while providing the pulse for songs about life, love, stress and setbacks. At its essence, Atmosphere has been a musical shepherd, and with each new album comes a new journey as they guide generations of listeners through this thing called life.

Unbelievable. Set list ewas amazing. Did a little of everything 10/10!!
Homie is 50 and still coming with that lit ass energy
The Aztec is a amazing venue. Up close and intimate shows with my favorite artist every time. The building is one of a kind and beautiful. Must attend a show at least once for the whole experience. It won't disappoint. Drinks are super expense but that's every concert or show
Great atmosphere and people. Professional staff and very exciting getting to meet the group! Set was great! Visuals and sound… amazing!
Atmosphere was incredible but I feel like 2.5 hours of openers was waaayyyy too long. Everyone in the crowd died out during the DJ set! I waited 20 years to see Atmosphere and once they come on, it was amazing. Shorten that opening set tho.
I’ve been a HUGE Atmosphere fan since back in 2000. I fell in love with their stuff and have been ever since. They have not once put out a bad song. Seeing them live gave me chills. It was a small venue in Cleveland called the Grog Shop back in 2003 and it was so small I stood on the stage and Slug’s sweat was being thrown on me. They amazed me and everyone else there. Afterwards I hung around and saw Sean leave a back room (the place was terribly small) and I caught him. He gave me a big hug, signed my phone at the time (had a black atmosphere shirt on) and thanked me for being a loyal fan. Dude is humble and kind… I just don’t know how someone can’t like these guys. They just BLOW MY MIND! Love ya Sean! Keep it going!!!
Ive only been to 1 music festivals (Aftershock 3 days in) and 1 concert (tech n9ne), untill seeing Atmosphere... definitely blew me away with the performance though, reacting with the crowd, amount of songs and adding his own touch to everything. Literally sounded better live. Great concert 10/10. Only thing that annoyed me a bit was the tickets I bought aperently seperated me and my friends but thats probably mb idk, I thought it was all general admission but there were sections...
This man just gets better and better with age. We love you atmosphere
Atmosphere is always such a loving humble vibe! Real and funny but most importantly amazing artists that bring such intense love through their music! Love them so much!!
Slug and Ant are the best live performers I have ever seen! They control the crowd impeccably throughout the show with their chant-like lyrics and explosive energy. Slug makes sure to integrate the local city's names into several of his classics, making it feel even more personal of a show. The show was absolutely packed, without feeling like it was too much. Atmosphere will forever be one of my favorite shows to see, primarily for their connection with their followers.
This was my second time seeing Atmosphere and once again.. AMAZING show!!
I hold atmosphere very close to my heart. They are everything to me and to finally see them live was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. It was an emotional experience filled with nothing but good vibes and happy tears. I hope to see them whenever they come to California again❤️
They put on an AMAZING show! My second time seeing them live and truly unforgettable.
Atmosphere was amazing! It was such a good performance! Unfortunately, our car got broken into along with many other cars. Oakland is just out of control. I'm staying away from Oakland.
The energy always makes me come back! I truly enjoy seeing atmosphere in concert anytime and every time it’s a vibe. Very moving and the openers that performed blew me away.
Speakers were a little too loud but so was the crowd. Atleast half the audience was singing along, DJ set at the start was insane. Drinks were expensive, I sang along until my voice ran out. 10/10 would go again if Atmosphere ever comes back to my city
Wasn’t really feeling the ppl opening for atmosphere much at all. Thought the set list left a lot to be Desired as far as a trip thru the atmosphere catalog. Venue was pretty ok, Sound system as ace of spades def wasn’t as good as other venues imo.
I’ve seen atmosphere in small tight space venues many times. I was worried an amphitheater might change the vibe for the worst. It did not. Slug and Ant changed it up and fit the space in a way I couldn’t have guessed before hand. It was awesome. Slug took his lyrical liberties as per usual where he felt like it and they were all on point. The production was tight. The lighting was simple but still projected the sets overall target. The sound blew every club set I’ve seen of them out of the water. I came away satiated.
Had a great time. It's a nice elevated, open-air venue with nice views of the city. The stage is north, so you're not looking into the sun which is nice, but as evening falls turn around to catch the sun set. After nightfall the stage felt ver. Atmosphere was absolutely wonderful live, sound quality was perfect, and we enjoyed the green zone, which had plenty of room to move around freely and just vibe with a very chill crowd.
