Honestly, I don't even really like beer. Now with that being said, I wanted to go to this, because I knew going with people would be a good time PLUS there was bound to be a beer I'd find paletable. And I was correct. Though I tasted a little more than half the brews there, I found two I liked. Great time, great music, and booths/events/games
Honestly, worth the money, but it's a bit crowded. Wish the bathrooms were managed a bit better, especially when the event is all about drinking. Great event though, good showing from some great breweries, and overall really nice people and staff.
How can one go wrong with plenty of delicious beer, music, and food in a city where the night can continue with poor choices made at the casino? This event is a must for beer lovers in the Northeast. I highly recommend a costume or some sort of obnoxious themed outfit for you and your group of friends - getting lost is easy. Some ideas include a USA velour track suit or an offensively bright neon shirt.
plenty of beer. plenty of fun stuff to do. crowds were manageable, i think longest wait for a beer was 5 minutes. didn't listen to the music. too busy DRINKING!
Very well organized and amazing view of stage, never thought I would be so close. Did I mention there was beer?
2nd year attending- though I think I enjoyed it more last year. Very crowded this year, especially for the layout they use. Was definitely less crowded last year when I went to the Friday session. I think if they want to continue letting that many people attend, then the layout needs revision. Luckily the majority of the people were pleasant to be around and courteous.
The venue was much easier to access that originally feared. Designated Driver tix easy to obtain. Once the event opened, lines to get in moved quickly. Good to great offerings of many beer styles. Vendors willing to talk to over zealous (and drunk) customers. Purchase tickets EARLY, not many left at the walk in windows. Price of food is the only thing that kept this from getting 5 stars.

Beer fest is always a good time every year! The event organizers do a fantastic job keeping the line to get in moving. There is PLENTY of food and drink and the area is large enough where you don't feel cramped or that you're bumping into people. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that's a true fan of beer and especially of local Jersey beer.
Good beer. The pours were a bit conservative this year. Cell phone reception in this specific hall in the Convention Center is absolutely horrendous. At a place like this, you need better reception to be able to find people.
Awesome event. Definitely go with the VIP. Thee event staff and vendors were all friendly, and there were no drunken a-holes!

The beer fest in AC was a great time with family and friends. The location is perfect and it was organized very well from the wait in line and check in process to the overall layout of the floor plan. Many of the best craft breweries out there were present and the variety of beers available were very good. This has become an annual event for myself and friends that we look forward to because it's a guaranteed awesome time.
The amount of choices was unbelievable! Where was the heat? It was cold.
Too much sideshow. It would have been better if there was more focus on beer, less on distractions.
There should have been backup music when the main feature band was not playing.
