THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS IN CONCERT: DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO SEE THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS ON TOUR IN 2017

Formed in 1998 by Jared Leto and his older brother Shannon, Thirty Seconds to Mars found success in the ‘00s with a blend of hard rock, post-grunge and screamo. Drawing on influences ranging from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Rush, the band have enjoyed global success with platinum-selling albums, world tours and numerous music awards. Frontman and actor Jared Leto enjoyed success on the ‘90s television drama My So Called Life in addition to movies such as Fight Club and Requiem for a Dream. As he approached his 30s, he decided to focus on his music and enlisted the help of his brother to form Thirty Seconds to Mars. While music is his passion, Jared continues to enjoy a successful Hollywood acting career, and has a string of notable film releases to his name including Panic Room, Highway, and  American Psycho. He snagged an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

The group's self-titled debut album was released in 2002, though it was their platinum-selling second album, A Beautiful Lie, which catapulted the band to true worldwide fame, paving the way for several massive tours. A Beautiful Lie was followed by their 2009 album This is War which reached the top 10 of several national album charts and earned numerous music awards. In 2013, the band left EMI for Universal Music, and released the critically acclaimed Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams 2013. A brand new music video, starring Kanye West and Lindsay Lohan, was released from the album to promote the track City of Angels. To date the band has sold over 10 million albums worldwide.

Thirty Seconds to Mars have won numerous music awards, including six Kerrang! Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, seven MTV Europe Music Awards, a NME award and a Billboard Music Award. The band also achieved a place in Guinness World Records as Longest Concert Tour by a Rock Band, performing 311 shows in just over two years.

The band’s first tour was the Forever Night, Never Day tour in 2006, followed by Welcome to the Universe tour in the same year. In 2007 they embarked upon A Beautiful Lie tour, performing at numerous venues and festivals worldwide. This was followed by two more world tours including Into the Wild 2010 and their recent 2013 Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams tour.

Should’ve gone to the show that took place the next day

    by Mike on 8/4/23

90 minute delay without any apparent reason. The show the next day was an hour longer and had 8 more songs. That was disappointing to hear. Other than that I enjoyed the show and the venue.

Venue is kind of an operational mess overpriced

    by Vulipx on 8/4/23

They made us wait outside in the heat almost 2hrs and the show was about an hour late. We ended up leaving 30 mins into the show. Two drinks cost almost 40 dollars. They have vultures circling about trying to pressure customers into the booths. Horrible experience never coming to venue again wish I could get my money back. The whole day was ruined.

30 Seconds to Mars best show ever!

    by Denny on 8/4/23

Wow, what a night! Jared came out in the crowd and stopped right by my daughter, her husband and me. To see the look on her face was priceless and I have to thank Jared for being so cool to give his fans an experience like that. I got to see Jared when I was 32 years old at his first Chicago show at the Riv and now my daughter got to see the show of her life at 31! She was so excited she made it on Jared's Instagram story! I just wish my son and his wife were able to make it, but he was resting up for the Knocked loose show last night at the Cobra Lounge! Thanks again for the great night 30 seconds to mars!

    Out of this world!

by Angie on 9/15/19Camp Mars - Calabasas

Camp Mars was a unique concert experience. Seeing 30 Seconds to Mars perform in an intimate venue was amazing. However, prior to the concert, we waited in line over an hour to be let in. Then once we finally got through the gates, we waited another hour or so to walk a few hundred feet toward the stage. Then proceeded to wait another hour for Jared Leto to take the stage. Nonetheless, it was worth the wait!

    Great experience!

    by MarsGirl83 on 9/11/19Camp Mars - Calabasas

My friend and I went to the show together. Tickets were easy to print as well as her parking pass. I liked that you have ticket insurance incase something went wrong last minute. The previous ticket seller never had that and people were really upset. Definitely hope the and uses you guys long term!

    Great Show, But

    by C. H. on 9/10/19Camp Mars - Calabasas

The band was great, sound and everything to do with them was great. Only issue I had is they didn't have any type of concessions, no drinks or anything. I do not recall seeing anything on the website saying they wouldn't have at least drinks. Had we known we could have brought stuff. Not the end of the world but again had we known we would have brought our own.

Advertising of show was misleading—not as promised

    by K. K. on 9/10/19Camp Mars - Calabasas

This show was advertised as the full album “This Is War” in its entirety. (At least as much as we remember). I flew to California from Atlanta to see it because it would have been special. It was just a regular concert with only 3 songs from that album. Highly misleading and disappointing. I expected them to treat their fans better.

Thirty Seconds to Mars is fantastic

    by Lala429 on 8/15/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

The concert was wonderful! All of the opening acts were great - they interacted with the crowd and they had us out of our seats (which is exactly how any concert should be). I had a great view of the stage, however, there were fans a couple rows in front of me who were holding up flags that were blocking my view. I want everyone to be able to have a good time and enjoy themselves but this really took away from my experience. I paid good money for my seats and not being able to even see because someone was holding up a flag was very frustrating. I would recommend that large flags not be allowed for that reason. Other than that, it was one of the better concerts I've been to.
