Couldn't have assured fire a better show!

    by RaeRae61 on 3/10/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

First time seeing John. I was NOT disappointed! The show was absolutely fantastic! I was able to get John's autograph on my Baby's album that I've had for decades! And I got a guitar pic to top it off! By far the best experience I've had at a concert in quite a while šŸ˜€

    Worth Seeing

    by Flying V on 3/10/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

I thought John Waite gave it a great goā€¦His voice was still great at 71 years old. Played all the songs I wanted except ā€˜Isnā€™t It Timeā€™. Loved how he did a bunch of Babyā€™s songs. My one critique would be itā€™s too bad he didnā€™t have at least one female back up singer and /or another person in the band that could do some better back up vocals. Iā€™m guessing this may be why he didnā€™t do ā€˜Isnā€™t It Timeā€™, as it requires lots of female backing. It seems like he could get like a female bassist or something that could semi pull it off? Maybe they are harder to come by than I think.. To his credit, he even tells the audience ā€œthey are unfortunately on a budgetā€, so I do understand it. Overall if you like John Waite, and/or the old Babyā€™s stuff, definitely go see himā€¦good show.

    Great show John!

    by FuriousCharlie on 3/10/24Rialto Theatre-Tucson - Tucson

What a fun time. The ladies were dancing in front of the stage while the audience sang along to every song. John Waite has so many hits, and he made an effort to cover as many as he could in the time allottedā€¦and did such a great job. He still has it, sings great, and is still obviously having a blast performing. Cheers John!

    Sounds great & high energy

by Wheelz on 3/9/24Victory Theatre - Evansville

The performance brought back great memories! John sounded great and still belts it out after all these years. The musicians in the band also stood out despite letting Mr. Waite have the spotlight. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

    John Waite Evansville Indiana

by Bob on 3/7/24Victory Theatre - Evansville

Absolutely the best show I have been to yet, I've seen them all recently. Styx, cheap trick, REO Speedwagon, John Waite did not disappoint absolutely fabulous, his voice was great, the songs were great. Having great seats didn't hurt either second row left.

    Great concert

by MariK on 3/5/24Victory Theatre - Evansville

The opening act was Frank Viele, he was an amazing guitar player and his song were very creative and great. John Waite was amazing!!!!! His voice is still in great shape for a young man of 71. His band was on point. We had an amazing time.

    Not what I was wanting

by Trey on 3/5/24Victory Theatre - Evansville

I was hoping to get a compact song list of top hits that were sung much like the original song sounded like. That didnā€™t happen. Heard a lot of songs that Iā€™ve never heard before. The songs were a different version. For some reason things were changed up and almost unrecognizable. We ended up leaving halfway through the show. I think he is a good singer, but they were limited by the low budget band without any background singers, it was a lot of talking, and the songs you wanted to hear, werenā€™t played like they were on the radio

    Great Show/Great Voice

by Lisa A on 3/5/24Victory Theatre - Evansville

I wish the concert would have been promoted better so maybe more people wouldā€™ve thought about going. John Waiteā€™s voice is still awesome, just like the 70ā€™s and 80ā€™s! Loved seeing him!

    Incredible!

by Stephanie on 2/25/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

Was super excited to see him in concert since I am a huge fan of the Babys, his solo career and Bad English. He has the gift of "signature vocals", you always know his voice of which he is one of the lucky ones to still be able to sound the same after all these years. The show was incredible and he gained energy as the show went on, and ended with Led Zeppelin's Whole Lotta Love into Montrose Rock Candy. He gave out guitar picks at the end which I was fortune enough to get a couple and share with my friend that came with me. He played all the popular songs you want to hear, but there is always more you want him to sing! I would definitely go see him again, one of the best shows I have seen in my life and I am an avid concert goer. Thank you John Waite for an awesome evening of music!

John Waites voice is as strong and clear as ever!

by Dr. Bryan on 2/23/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

Fabulous. John Waites voice is as strong and clear as ever. He was incredible. The band was tight. Drummer was awesome, like metronome. Bassist played as hard as he would have in 80's. Lead guitar was fabulous. We had to drive to Montgomery, AL, because we were busy at Christmas, and missed him in Knoxville, because that was closest to us in Tricities, TN. It was worth the 7 hour drive.

    Not a great experience

by Jill on 2/20/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

Either the sound mix was bad or our 3rd row seats were not ideal. Also the spotlights were in our eyes a good portion of the concert. Surely the lighting guys could see they were blinding people down front.

    Great Concert

by Angie on 12/14/23Ameristar Casino and Hotel - Kansas City

John Waite puts on a great show and still sounds like he did 40 years ago. Go see him if you get the chance! I only wish there was merchandise available for sale, and I'm wondering if the venue was demanding a huge cut of their proceeds. Anyway, I'll be going to the John Waite website to buy T-shirts and more. Loved this concert.

    Good time

by Jandy on 12/12/23Ameristar Casino and Hotel - Kansas City

John and the band were terrific! The venue not so much. We were too close to the person sitting next to us; touching shoulders and thighs. Personally made me uncomfortable.
