    Another amazing WOW! for me.

by Jukehound on 3/10/24Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

I keep buying JB tickets for every show I can attend close to where I am at the time. JB is never disappointing, always on cue and generously allows other in the band to show their talents. Is JB the best guitar player in the world? Just look at his concerts, his song writing, the coordination with other artists. I think overall he is right up their with the greats. I so enjoy JB every time I hear him on the radio, XM, from my turntable or in concert. He gives me joy. Thank you Joe!!

    Joe Bonamassa-Pensacola Saenger

by William on 3/10/24Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Think this was my 4th time seeing who I consider clealry one of the greatest guitar players in the world. Was a slightly scaled down band from years past each however each member was amazingly talented. Several friends have agreed this show seemed a tad more laid back than prior shows over the years. Seems there were more vocals and less screaming, blisteringly loud guitar solos as I’ve enjoyed and become accustomed to. Regardless, we received our monies worth with an amazing show. From Joes comments on stage he and some of his family enjoyed our beautiful town and beaches, and we enjoyed him as well. Hope he comes back next year. Ending show with Just Got Paid and Mountain Time was a thrill!

    Excellent concert

by Summer on 3/10/24Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

I had seen Joe in concert several years ago. My husband (we are 72) has played drums since 1966 and currently relearning to play the quitar. We married for the 2nd time 4 years ago. I turned him onto Joe whom he had not seen or heard of which was a surprise to me since he is so into music. I was not surprised that he was impressed and we thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Right up there with the guitar greats Excellent band.

Stellar Guitarist with a Tight Tight Band

by Terrapin28 on 3/9/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

Excellent show. Had only known about him through his reputation and minimal exposure to his music. Drive from near Philly to Knoxville to attend with my son who lives down there. We both agreed not to check out by is music ahead of time and just see what it would turn out to be. Well, it turned out to be a wonderful night of exceptional musicianship. We were not disappointed at all and often found ourselves just watching with our mouths hanging open.

A bit of the hits please

by vic on 3/9/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

Loved the concert! However it would have been even better if he had included some of his greatest known songs - like John Henry! A bit of the old mixed in with the new would have made the concert perfect!!!!

    TOO LOUD !!

by AC on 3/9/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

This concert had a few problems that made it very disappointing to me. First, the back up band often over shadowed Joe and the back up vocalists. In general the entire concert could have the volume lever reduced. Second, Very little of his material was from past albums. Most of what he played was new and unfamiliar to me. Third, I came to hear a blues guitarist not Joe constantly showing off his techincal expertise. A little more musciality would have been nice.

Old venue bad acoustics excellent band

by Joe and band members were amazing. The heat in the venue and acoustics were terrible on 3/9/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

By the time I ordered tickets there was nothing i could afford except last row in the balcony. The heat literally made me sick. And some how the 5 rows in front of us had nobody in them. Joe and band are Fanfreakingtastic

Powerful blues performance with scalding skills

by Pluxit on 3/9/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

Joe B opened right on time with amazing guitar and vocal skillsets for the blues; band members were featured during the performance, and a strong, close connection to the audience prevailed throughout. One of the best concerts I've attended in the past 40 years.

Bonamassa Was Great. Venue Not So Much

by Hoc on 3/8/24Knoxville Civic Auditorium - Knoxville

Bonamassa always puts on a good show. But there were problems with the venue. First, they had implemented a "clear bag"policy, which was not disclosed on the website or tickets. So, when we got there and they told my wife she could not bring her purse in, and they had no options for those of us who arrived on foot and had noplace to store the bags, it was annoying. Luckily, there was time for her to walk the mile and a half back to our room to put the purse away, and then walk back. But they should have offered lockers. Second, the quality of the sound was not great. That is not Bonamassa's fault. the acoustics of the venue were just bad. Probably won't attend another concert in that town.
