JERRY SEINFELD ON TOUR:

Whether he's delivering hilarious one-liners from his iconic television series or sharing jokes with fans on stage, Jerry Seinfeld has had audiences cracking up for over 25 years with his legendary sense of humor. An internationally recognized household name for his eponymous '90s sitcom, dubbed by TV Guide as "the greatest television program of all time," Seinfeld is also a brilliant stand-up act, never failing to deliver outrageously comical performances. As one of comedy central's "100 Greatest Standups of All Time," there's little doubt he'll have audiences in stitches with his witty, relatable humor on tour in 2014.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Jerry Seinfeld got his start in 1976 at a local open mic night in New York City, but it wasn't until several early-'80s appearances on the Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson that he reached mainstream recognition. As creator and co-writer of Emmy Award-winning sitcom Seinfeld, he appeared in every episode of the show's nine-season span. Since his days on the show, Seinfeld has launched his own web series titled Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and put his comedy in writing with the 1993 book Seinlanguage. With more than two decade of stand-up gigs under his belt, Jerry Seinfeld will have fans falling out of their seats in hysterics on his 2014 comedy tour.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"GREAT show from beginning to end. Jerry continues to be extremely smart with his comedy–he has such a unique perspective on everything...I laughed throughout and was even brought to tears at one point. Highly recommended..."

"You know it's been a good comedy show when your face hurts from laughing the whole time. Every bit was great and the time flew by! Totally worth the money because it was a fantastic experience."

Getting in venue AWFUL, Show was great

by lousad on 5/27/24The Louisville Palace - Louisville

Had tix to 9:30PM Friday show at Louisville Palace. Doors opened at 8:30PM. We arrived at 8:50PM and the line to enter was truly a city block + in both direction of the entrance. There was a 7:00 PM show. I don't know what was going on at the Louisville Palace but we stood in line for nearly an hour. Got to our seats at 9:48 PM...Seinfeld had already begun his show (9:30 show?) I talked to a "city ambassador"that was on site to aid in crowd control (the was no "control"everyone was just shuffling along in the ridiculously long line). He said he'd been called to the location from another part of the city to help. "I don't know what's going on. I've done this for 3 years and have NEVER seen a wait like this to get in the Palace."If i hadn't spent so much on the tickets I would've left. Louisville Palace (and I guess LiveNation) BLEW IT!! bUT THEY DON'T CARE..they got paid

    Seinfeld is the best!

by Jo on 5/22/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

Jerry Seinfeld always delivers a good show (3rd time seeing him live). He is one of the best comedians ever! Too bad that some of the audience interrupted him several times by heckling and fighting. The introductory comedian talked too fast, and I was not able to catch his jokes.

    J Seinfeld Show

by Mmathis on 5/22/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

His stand-up only lasted 45 minutes, which was very disappointing. And protesters took the show hostage with five outbreaks. I was shocked that security was not on hand to escort each out in a timely fashion. The first protester went on for a couple minutes - an audience member was able to get to the protester and physically assault him before security arrived. All in all, a total waste of over $600 for our tickets. I was crushed.

    Fantastic show!

by Shannon Lindberg Levy on 5/22/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

What a SUPER fun show!! Despite the NUMEROUS IDIOTS who tried to ruin it for everyone, Jerry was a class act and I laughed the whole time. Even his opening act, Mario Joyner was awesome. Great fun! So glad we did this!

by Dawn Lee on 5/21/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

Jerry is always fantastic! I would never even think of missing him when he came to the area! And he did not disappoint tonight. It was a great show went way too fast. We didn’t want it to end! The ticket price was reasonable which makes it even better with soaring prices everywhere . Makes you feel like he hasn’t lost touch with his audience! Dawn

    G O A T

by Ed on 5/21/24Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

Shout out to Mario Joyner who opens the show - wickedly funny. As for Jerry, he hasn’t lost a thing - his observational style is as fresh, hilarious and relatable as it ever was. He is a master of the house on stage. People yelling from the seats? He doesn’t get flustered or angry, ‘can you say that again? I’d like to hear it.’ Handles a rowdy house like a pro. We had several interruptions by ‘protesters’ during the show - loudly shouted down by the crowd…Jerry Jerry Jerry … his response, ‘No, no please, it’s okay.’ He was comfort food for the soul.
