About

Shakira is a Latin pop singer-songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. After signing with Sony Music Colombia at age 13, the star made a name for herself in Latin America with Spanish-language albums like Pies Descalzos (1995) and Dónde Están los Ladrones? (1998). In 2001, Shakira made her crossover debut with her fifth album Laundry Service, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned global hit singles “Whenever, Wherever” and “Underneath Your Clothes.” Throughout the 2000s, Shakira continued her crossover success with further radio smashes like “Hips Don’t Lie” featuring Wyclef Jean, the Beyoncé collaboration “Beautiful Liar” and “She Wolf.” Further LPs in Shakira’s discography include Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 (2005), Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 (2005), She Wolf (2009) and Shakira (2014). At the turn of the new decade, the singer co-wrote and recorded “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa),” the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and in 2020, she headlined the Super Bowl LIV halftime show alongside Jennifer Lopez. Shakira’s most recent studio set, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, was released in 2024.

  • Great show, not great getting into venue

    by Susana on 8/21/25Valley Children's Stadium - FresnoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great. They should probably put up signs in which direction the seating goes. Getting into the venue was terrible. It took about 45 minutes waiting in line to get in. There were two entrances and the entrance we chose did not have any barriers set up in order to form lines so the crowd was bottle necking to get in. 4 metal detectors but then one broke and only two people scanning tickets created another bottle neck. We were worried we’d miss the start of the show. Thankfully it was delayed due to the heat.

  • AMAZING I WOULD RATE THIS INFINATY OUT OF 10

by Ria on 8/20/25Rating: 5 out of 5

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LIKE AMAZINGGGGG Shakira is my fav singer so I was expecting a lot and it was more than what I expected she is an awesome singer and dancer you could hear her singing perfectly and the whole show went very smooth. You can tell she put ALOT of work in this concert for her long time singers this will be very nostalgic. Backup dancers had amazing energy and if you get good seats she comes out in the crown and sings and dances with you. I would recommend if you are close to the stage though to be on the left side AKA left side FACING THE FRONT OF THE STAGE because she throws her glasses in the crowd and you may catch it. Also I made a mistake by not getting there early but if I did you may have a chance to walk with her. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT SHAKIRAS INSTA CAUSE IT SHOWS ALOT ABOUT HER TOUR BEFORE AND AFTER AND WHERE SHE IS AT. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BEST DAY OF MY LIFEEEEEE ( LAS MUJERES YA NO LORAN LAS MUJERES FACTURA😍😍😍😊😊👍👍👍💃💃💃

  • The show, awesome. Entering the venue, horrible

    by MC on 8/19/25Valley Children's Stadium - FresnoRating: 4 out of 5

For a concert expected to have that many people, the entry to the venue was not prepared… people in charge of organizing audience outside before getting in the venue were inefficient, the same adjective for security people checking tickets to get in the venue. Other than that, the show was amazing, and despite the issues, it was worth it!

  • Iconic performance bad sound

by Lashakirafan on 8/19/25SoFi Stadium - InglewoodRating: 3 out of 5

Shakira was awesome! She’s an Icon! The only issue with her at sofi was the sound, a lot of the times I couldn’t hear her or even understand what she was saying even my neighbor kept asking me what she was saying.. I believe it was due to bad sound within the venue. You could literally hear 3 different speakers and and echo through out the whole concert. Wish she would have just done multiple nights at Forum would of been much better sound wise. I don’t believe her team was equipped for how big Sofi is

  • The worst experience

by Magie on 8/17/25Oracle Park - San FranciscoRating: 1 out of 5

I paid $2,440 for two floor seats expecting a clear view of Shakira, but instead, my view was completely blocked by the oversized stage and a camera operator standing in front of me. I ended up watching most of the show on a side screen, while facing the backs of her backup dancers. For the price of premium floor seating, this was unacceptable and misleading. Ticketmaster should disclose obstructed views in advance or offer credit when the experience doesn’t match what was sold.

  • Nostalgia Madness

by Chris on 8/16/25SoFi Stadium - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

What a Show! Seriously one of the best well rounded tours, complemented by an excellent setlist exploring a variety of emotions mixed with different genres of music creating a night full of dance and memories. Love you Shakira

  • Great show bad venue.

    by Themaddman3 on 8/14/25SoFi Stadium - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great, interactive with the LED bracelets they gave out at the beginning of the show. The stage setting was simple and perfect for everyone one to see clearly. My only suggestion would be is they need to better balance the audio. Shakira's voice didn't seem to cut through very well on some songs.

  • Energetic Amazing Performance Personal Empowerment

    by Cece on 8/14/25Valley Children's Stadium - FresnoRating: 5 out of 5

Shakira’s performance was amazing! You could feel her energy through your body and soul! Her interactions were genuine and her songs are empowering, uplifting, and personally touching! Her performances varied, she sang song from throughout her career! From beginning to end it was an Amazing show!

  • Too little, too late

by Michelle on 8/14/25SoFi Stadium - InglewoodRating: 2 out of 5

She came out 2 hours later. Changed clothes too many times that interrupted the flow of the concert. Sound was not great in the area i was sites also could barely see the screens. Next time dont sell that section for that stage design
