Widespread Panic are an American jam band formed in Athens, Georgia in 1986. Composed of frontman John Bell, Dave Schools (bass/vocals), Domingo S. Ortiz (percussion), John Hermann (keyboards/vocals), Jimmy Herring (guitar), and Duane Trucks (drums), the band is known for never playing the same show twice and holds the record for the most sold-out shows at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre as of June 2022. Since forming, Widespread Panic have released 12 studio albums — several of which have climbed the Billboard Top Rock Albums chart — and 11 live albums, as well as a plethora of archival releases including vintage concert performances and their ongoing Porch Songs series of two-track soundboard recordings. Though they reduced their extensive touring schedule at the end of 2016, the band continues to make festival appearances and multi-night engagements at venues across North America.

Widespread Panic head out on their latest run of shows on December 29, 2023, when they’ll begin a three-night engagement at Atlanta’s famous Fox Theatre. After the New Year, the band will play six more dates through mid-February 2024.

I’d never been to the venue before and thought it was just the right size for the event. I loved all of the amenities of the Oxbow Market. Lots of options before the concert. WSP never disappoints! They just get after it for 3 days. The one song I love and don’t think they played was “Arlene” I’ll be back!

These guys just keep getting better. Every time I see them I think they are at their peak, only to be proven wrong the next show.
The Band is flawless. The venue should open doors 2 hours early bc of the cavity check and retinal scan.
You won’t find a better band to dance to… these guys jam harder than anyone out there…

As usual my face was melted by this incredible band I’ve been seeing for over 25 years now and for a tasty dessert they throw us a Neal Young / ( Waylon ) “are you ready for the country “ hot dog these boys are still on fire !

Super stadium and staff was great. The parking was convenient but a little confusing from the description vip v general, but staff was helpful. My ticket didn’t scan in line but did at box office, again the staff was great.
