The Real Thing!!

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

First of all I have to say that Celine Dion has an absolutely amazing voice and sings effortlessly. I loved every minute we got to share with her. She was appreciative of our presence as well. I’m sure she has to mix things up a bit to keep her shows from being monotonous but she has such great music, I wish she had sang more of her own songs and I wish she had spent more time singing rather than talking or changing her clothes. I don’t care what she has on, just sing!!

Celine in Vegas

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Great show! Celine has a sense of humour when she talks about the Dead Pool 2 movie and the song Ashes. Very entertaining and she sings a lot of her hits, plus sings one song in her first language which I enjoyed. I recommend this show and remember Celine is finished in June, and hopefully going on tour so I may see her again.

Spectacular and very impressive show!

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Show started about 20 minutes late but I understand you needed to get everyone inside and seated. She made up for the 20 minute delay because she performed for 2 solid hours. Her voice is so strong and her stamina is unbelievable. What a performance! Would love to see her again and I am sorry she is leaving Las Vegas. She will be missed!

Cryed my eyes out!!!

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

I have been a fan since Celine hit the States back in the 80's!!! Finally got the chance to see her live, OMG!!!! One of the best shows ever. My seats were in the 10th row but had the chance run to the stage. She high fived me!!!! Yes, she touched my hand!!!! And bucket list goal met!!! (Either speak with her or shake her hand.) A hand slap works for me!!!!

Captured

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

There is no one like Celine. She captures you and never lets go until the final curtain. The crew from ushers to her orchestra, singers and all those not seen that contribute to the production are top notch. Am sad to see her leave Vegas but so grateful to have seen the shows she has performed over her long Vegas stay. God Bless her and may she enjoy, hopefully,a little bit less crazy life.

Show review

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Came into theater. When curtains opened I saw the orchestra players and 3 accompanying singers; I was expecting all the props and other performers as seen in her video from years back. Of course I loved her songs and she was great. Was disappointed it wasn’t like her older shows.

Beautiful songs, fabulous performances. My sisters and I enjoyed it so much. We try to go every spring break and replenish our soul with a show or a concert! This was the best show thus far!

Excellent

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

She was wonderful. Great show. Although she was 45 minutes late starting, she was a great singer and entertainer. I loved that they had big screens for those of us that sat in the balcony.

Known all over the world for her soulful and melodious voice, Canadian singer Celine Dion first rose to fame for her 1997 song "My Heart Will Go On." The song reached No. 1 in countries across the globe, including the United States, Ireland, Australia and Canada. In 2002, the singer announced a three-year, 600-show extravaganza at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and due to popular demand, the singer has continued her residency and recently added over twenty-five dates to her show at the 4,000-seat Colosseum for 2018. In 2017, the artist took to the stage again for her first stadium tour in over eight years and performed at venues such as the O2 Stadium in London. Fans of Celine Dion live noted that, as always, she possessed the ability to deliver performances where she never missed a monster note and displayed unstoppable vocals. She often performs her hits along with covers of popular songs and artists such as "Kiss" by Prince and "The Show Must Go On" by Queen. Dion has impressively received five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for Falling Into You and Record of the Year for "My Heart Will Go On." In 2004 she had sold more than 175 million records worldwide and earned the honor of the Chopard Diamond Award at the World Music Awards for being the best-selling female artist of all time.

Celine Dion Background

Originally hailing from Quebec, Celine Dion showed star-quality from a very early age. In fact, at the age of 12, she began performing in the club her parents owned and composed a song with her mother and brother titled "Ce n'était qu'un rêve."A demo of the song was sent to music manager Rene Angelil who saw such potential in the young girl's voice that he mortgaged his house to finance her debut album (in French) titled The Voice of God. The album was released to positive reviews and Dion became a local star in Quebec and eventually throughout Canada. The talented artist went on to marry the same manager who gave her musical start, Rene Angelil, in December of 1994. They had three children together.
