STAIND IN CONCERT:
With three consecutive No. 1 albums of anthemic nu metal in the '00s, Staind became one of the most successful alt-rock groups of the decade.Ā Blending muscular guitar shredding and singer Aaron Lewis's emotional, melodic lyrics, the band's impressive live shows span their entire discography, treating fans to studio-perfect renditions of their biggest hits alongside alternative, countrified versions of songs like "Mudshovel."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Massachusetts in 1994, Staind started out playing hard rock covers in local clubs before self-releasing their 1996 debut Tormented. While they only pressed four thousand copies, the album garnered enough attention to land them a deal with Flip Records and the production assistance of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst for their 1999 follow-up Dysfunction. The album received favorable reviews and drew comparisons to nu metal legends like Korn, but its reception paled in comparison to 2001's Break the Cycle, an international No. 1 and multi-platinum smash. The band's next four albums would all land in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, establishing an impressive catalog of hits and building anticipation for the band's rumored return to the studio in 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Staind was unbelievable. The band sounded amazing. Aaron's voice gives you chills live. They played everything...They even played quite a few new songs which they totally killed on."
"Staind dug deeply into their classics to get the crowd going. Aaron Lewis was great and seemed to be having fun during an audience participation sequence. Staind played every song I wanted to hear plus more so I left very satisfied."
"I expected a top flight show from Staind and got it...they exceeded my expectations. They had a great mix of hard and soft music; all Staind."
Awesome Show all of the Bands were on Time and put on a Great show.
I knew Aaron Lewis was a heckuva singer, but he truly did an unreal job and staind sounded awesomeš¤
Sound system is spot on. All the bands put on a great show. They always bring it!! Looking forward to next year's show.
A nice lineup of bands. Respect to all and great performances by all the eveningās bands. Iām more of a Seether fan and as usual they did not disappoint.
Staind literally rocked the venue to the ground. They were amazing. I was blow away by the vocals and the band. They did not leave me disappointed in anyway. I will definitely be seeing them again in the future.
Iāve seen them multiple times and it never gets old, hands down my favorite! The other performers were great too.
Iām gonna start this review by saying that Iāve been to hundreds of concerts in many different venuesāincluding CFG. And this is the first concert where I to make earplugs because it was so loud. It was so loud I couldnāt even enjoy the music, nor could the musicians really show off their talent. Iām a regular metal concert goerāso high volume isnāt new to me. I welcome it. But this was like outdoor festival volume indoors. Completely ruined the show in my opinion. So many people had left by the time Staind showed up because it was so loud. Wouldāve been a bangin concert too had it just been a couple notches less ear bleedingly loud.
This was my first time seeing Staind. Show was amazing. The only bad thing is the show wasn't long enough!!

First time seeing Seether and Staind. I love them both but Seether is my favorite band.
The concert was awesome only Staind was so loud it was hard to hear the words š
I would highly recommend seeing this show. Everything from the sound, lighting, and ALL the bands performances were worth the price of admission.
Staind was too loud, did not sound right, otherwise would have given 5 stars instead of 3, Seether 5 stars, the rest 3 and 4
Great show and great venue will definitely be back again
Aaron Lewis first songs on his set were great. I very much disliked when he tried his newer vocals on the older songs. Ruined it for me. Been a Staind fan from the beginning. Stick with what you know and youāre golden. The rest of the band was on point.
This was the 3rd time seeing Staind and by far the worst. The music sounded fine, but Aaron Lewis' voice sounded very off.
The marketing for this was deceiving. Thought I was buying tickets for the struts only to then know I bought tickets to 98 rock with a bunch of other bands. We arrived in time to see the struts, who were amazing, and should have been a headliner. Seether was terrible and we left before seeing staind bc it was so bad.
Stained Seether and the struts knocked it out of the park. What a phenomenal show
Staind is the Great band and always has great sound and visual during their show. Also, prices for their tickets are always good and fair.
Staind and Seether put on great performances, but the sound was flat. The space between rows at this venue was tight, too. At just under 6ā0ā tall, my knees were repeatedly touching the back of the seat in front of me. This was our first time here and I traveled from out of state to see the show. I wouldnāt pay to see anyone else here unless I knew the sound system had been upgraded.
