The dancers were energetic and didn’t miss a step. Each of the individual singers had voices that were flawless. Samuel Cadieux is charismatic, talented, and a name to watch. He had quite a few women breathless when he came through the audience Nate Colton held his own both singing and dancing in a cast of adults. This was a total pleasure!

Amaturo Theatre is an excellent venue to enjoy a show. The Slow Burn Theatre Co. put on a great production of Newsies. Thoroughly enjoyed the show!

From the opening note to curtain call Newsies was captivating! The singing an harmonizing was so wonderful that you had goosebumps! The actors pulled you in to the story making you feel like you were part of what was happening. The dancing and tricks done during numbers made you want to jump and cheer! These actors poured their hearts and souls into this show smiling, winking making eye contact. It was a performance that makes you want to see it more than once! Run don't walk, go see Slow Burn's version of Newsies before it's done!

Newsies was excellent. We will be back for more shows at the broward center soon!

Fort Lauderdale has finally arrived as Slow Burn is a first class regional theater. Their production of "NEWSIES" was filled with great dancing and acrobatics. Emotional performances, and tight chorus harmonies. Triple threat Samuel Cadieux set the bar for all future productions. Kareema Khouri's vocal range and power brought the audience to their feet. Too many skilled performers to mention in this solid cast. This production is so well done I had to see it again so I purchased a ticket for Thursday's performance. Kudos to the cast.

Everyone was excellent! The show was so entertaining! Was wonderful seeing our local talent do such a wonderful job! I would have gone again if I had the time.

We had a party of four guests celebrating a 70th birthday with tickets for "Newsies". We were all impressed with the singing, dancing, staging effects and the costumes. This was much better that the Broadway production that I have seen before! Bravo to the actors for the incredible dance numbers and their incredible voices. This is our second show with Slow Burn Theatre Company (Mary Poppins was the first) and we can't wait to see what future productions will bring. We are big fans now and spreading the word to all our friends about your great productions. We are so glad we found you! Keep up the good work1

If you like to watch jazz dancing this is the play for you. The guys dancing was entertaining and fun to watch. The plot and storyline was good.

This truly was one of the best performances I have seen in a long time. The energy, the music , the dancing was beyond words! We were all blown away! What an enjoyable evening! Dont moss this show! Im going back to aee it again!

Everything about this show was top notch. The singing, the acting, the dancing, the scenery, the choreography. The lead character played by Samuel Cadieux was outstanding. His voice and acting skills are perfect for the Broadway stage.

Wonderful show, great music (no hit songs but great none the less), FANTASTIC Dancing! If you love dance , everything from Tap to modern, you will love this. If you tried to put more dancing in the show the stage would simply fall apart from the pounding. Loved it.

The theatre was beautiful with comfortable seats. The cast were absolutely fantastic with magnificent voices and spectacular dance skills. This was one of the best performances of all I have seen in NY, Baltimore and Philadelphia. Congratulations to the cast and crew.
