I was highly satisfied during my attendance at the 2023 U.S. Open Championship. The audience was great, they had a bar inside the pool hall, food was close by, and the venue was great. I am looking forward to returning again this year.
The US Open at Harrah's was amazing. Really good pool and an awesome venue.
Everything went well with the tickets as far as scanning them from the phone at the venue. After being in our seats for 30 minutes, however, another ticket holder came up to us and said he had the same seats. We looked at each others phone with the Ticketmaster tickets, and sure enough we had booked the same seats. I’m not sure how that happened, but luckily the venue had spare tickets to give the other ticket holder.
Great view of all the tables. Reasonable prices for tickets. Very enjoyable!
More money for first place to attract top players. I could hear people talking in the audience on the opposite side of the arena but it was very aggravating in the rows behind me. Needed a vendor with US Open T shirts to buy as a momento of the event.
Wonderful event. Second year going and now we are going to make this an annual event for me and my wife. Only wish there were more streaming options in the USA instead of DAZN. For the final match.
Production and setup was perfect, seating was a bit uncomfortable and tight but overall was a great value.
I purchased my tickets from my iPad weeks in advance of the tournament. A few days before the tournament I was contacted by Ticketmaster via email telling me I needed to transfer my tickets to my wallet on my smart phone. There was one problem. I do not have a smart phone I have a flip phone. This required me to carry my iPad to the ticket counter each day of the tournament to provide verification of my purchased tickets. This requirement of having a smartphone is ridiculous and needs to be changed.
3rd year attending US Open in AC. Fantastic time, can't wait until next year.
