    Tournament great..,Insurance a waste of money!

    Wanted to cancel second day tickets only to find out you need a doctors note to be refunded… Never again with the insurance… will purchase tickets the day of the event and not sooner…

    We took the day off and went to the US Open Pool Championship last Thursday. The venue was beautiful and the competition was extraordinary. My only complaint was that there were no seats. Standing up for 6 hours was just unacceptable.

    Last time coming here

    We came for the week.. Monday thru Saturday. Today there were no seats. Standing room only unless you were one of the many that got there really early and were able to snag a chair. The professional pool players are always allowed one loss before being put into the loosers bracket, but this time one loss to someone in the loosers bracket kicked them out of the tournament. They need the advice of Pat Flemming on how a real tournament should be played and handled.
