Saratoga Race Course Club Terrace Dining Tickets

We normally enjoy sitting in the Clubhouse terrace area however, there were no seats available. All the tables were closed. We did receive a email stating since you were such good patrons, your seats could be upgraded to the Front Porch area. We would’ve liked to know that it wasn’t a choice, that’s where we would be sitting at the Front Porch. Lucky enough there wasn’t any stairs because the person that was going with us has difficulty climbing a lot of stairs. We were told by staff that the Clubhouse Terrace was closed for a week because there wasn’t enough in attendance to sit there.

Everything was better than expected on the 2 days we were there. From staff, the reserved seats, food, beauty of the whole area.

Food was fantastic but the service was the worst. Under staff, waited Wednesday 2 hrs to be waited on, Thursday was way better oh Friday not good again.

Too jammed in. Our waitress had too many tables. Left us hanging too often

Nice venue. However, they need more bus help. Food and plates are left on the tables, yellow jackets all over the place. Secondly, they are the only venue at the track that I know of that will not provide you with a glass of water. They insist on selling you bottled water.

Although it is always nice to have a place to sit when going to the Saratoga Racetrack, I still feel food should be fairly priced for what you receive. The shrimp cocktail is 25 dollars but it was slimy and not tasty. Last year it was much better and worth every penny. Not this year. The Crudité plate also was lacking in what one would expect for the price. Some other items that we ordered were not served and we had to remind the waitress about them. Maybe it was one of those days. Hopefully, if we visit the Turf Terrace again, it will have improved.

The place was dirty and the tables were too small and too close together. The food was mediocre and the waitress kept getting the orders wrong. TV placement made it difficult to see the race and odds. I won’t be back

I’ve been going to Saratoga race tracks with over 30 years. The club Terrace was not really the club terrace. It was the terrace turf something about it as a misnomer the area was a pigsty overcrowded and kept dirty food was OK. You could not get me to go back to it again. However, we did enjoy our one day at the four-star Dave café tables were larger, spread out more air. It was comfortable and clean waitresses and where it was responded and a bit of variety of food to choose from.
